We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting up your marriage and family before the throne of God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We recognize the seriousness of the spiritual warfare you are describing—witchcraft, the spirit of Jezebel, and Leviathan are real forces of darkness that can only be overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We must put on the full armor of God to stand against these schemes.
We rebuke the spirit of Jezebel in the name of Jesus, which seeks to manipulate, control, and lead God’s people into idolatry and rebellion. We rebuke the spirit of Leviathan, which twists truth, sows discord, and hardens hearts against repentance. We command these spirits to leave your wife, your marriage, and your home in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand with you in resisting these forces, trusting that God will break every chain and remove every blindfold from her eyes.
We also acknowledge the areas where sin may have crept into your marriage. The enemy often exploits our weaknesses, and we must humbly examine our own hearts before the Lord. 1 Peter 5:8-9 warns us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith." We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face, repenting of any sin, and walking in purity and holiness. Confess any areas where you may have contributed to the brokenness, and trust God to cleanse and restore you.
Your wife’s heart has been drawn away by worldly influences, and we pray that God would break the hold of deception over her. Proverbs 4:23 says, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her of any ungodly influences in her life and draw her back to the truth of God’s Word. We declare that her love for the world will fade as her love for Christ is rekindled. 1 John 2:15-16 reminds us, "Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s."
We also lift up your family, praying for protection, unity, and restoration. Malachi 2:16 says, "For I hate divorce... so guard yourself in your spirit, and don’t be unfaithful to the wife of your youth." God hates divorce because it tears apart what He has joined together. We stand on the promise of Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you." We believe God can restore the years that have been lost and bring healing to your marriage and family.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this marriage and family to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, Jezebel, and Leviathan that has sought to destroy this union. We command these spirits to leave in Jesus’ name and declare that no weapon formed against this marriage will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would remove the blinders from this wife’s eyes and soften her heart toward You. Break the hold of worldly influences and restore her love for You and for her husband. We pray that she would return to her first love, Jesus Christ, and submit her life fully to You (Revelation 2:4-5). Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds in this marriage and restore trust, love, and intimacy between this husband and wife.
We also pray for this husband, that You would strengthen him in his faith and give him wisdom as he stands in the gap for his family. Help him to walk in humility, repentance, and holiness before You. Give him the courage to resist the enemy and the patience to wait on Your timing for restoration.
Lord, we declare that this marriage is not over. We stand on Your Word, which says that what You have joined together, let no man separate (Matthew 19:6). We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Restore this family, Lord, and use their testimony to bring glory to Your name.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that this battle is already won. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, fasting, and prayer. Seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted spiritual leader who can support you in this battle. Surround yourself with believers who will intercede on your behalf and hold you accountable. Remember, the enemy wants to isolate you, but you are not alone. God is with you, and we stand with you in this fight. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is able to restore what has been broken and make all things new.
