Seeking Peace and Comfort from Our Father

[HOPE]

Father,

I come to You right now seeking peace of mind and comfort. I am experiencing many uncertainties during this journey that I am on and I am just feeling sensitive to them today. I KNOW that You are working on my behalf in Your time and I know that I have to keep "letting to go and letting God" but I feel the need for reassurance today. You know what my needs are and thank You for always taking care of them....

Thank You for the inspiration I have received concerning my project that is due on Friday. Please help me take my notes and ideas and research and put it all together in an essay. You know Father how I fear the blank page before me at the start of any writing project. Help me stay focused, help me write with clarity, let the end result be a true example of my gift as a writer. Guide me to meet all of the requirements of the class in my essay.

You know the unspoken request that is written across my heart. Help me in this matter...I know that I am acting like I'm socially retarded. Show me how to be more receptive. Guide me to rise up and accept and reciprocate playful interaction from the man who has my attention rather than freezing and running away. I know that he must think that I don't like him by now because of my behavior when in fact, the opposite is true. If a relationship with this man is Your will for me, please guide him to try to connect with me in a way that makes me feel more at ease so that I can put him at ease with me.

Thank You Lord for always being there for me and with me. AMEN

Attentive, Loving Father ~ I know that ###'s prayer has been received into Your heart. Holy God, she's not any different than the rest of us. We try so hard to stand in times of uncertainty and trial, we do our best to be patient and persevere as Your plan manifests, but sometimes it all just seems like it will never end. As the milestones are reached, we seek Your holy reassurance, Your loving presence. Please intercede in ###'s life and give her that boost to continue forward. Comfort her heart, take away her anxiety, infuse her with self esteem, self confidence and self worth. You know how to address each prayer concern she has brought forward, and we trust in Your faithfulness to answer in the ways that best benefit ### and her life. Give her a bright new tomorrow full of renewed energy, hope and encouragement. May You guide and direct her new relationships, activities and goals ~ give her wisdom, focus and keep her grounded in Your Word. I praise You for all of the blessings You have bestowed, and all those that are yet to come for our sister in Christ. In Jesus' name, give her Your vision and strength. Amen.
