Seek God and job placement

Father thank you so much for everything you have blessed us with. Health, family, and your son Jesus. Without you we would be lost. Father I come to you to humbly ask and to request prayers from my brothers and sisters in Christ to pull my brother ### closer to God. He lacks faith. He is also going through hardship looking for a job for two years now. He is awaiting background check completion. I pray that it goes in his favor- God willing, so he can live a life that hopefully serves you and has his family complete and well being whole. In Jesus name, Amen

We join you in thanking our Father for His abundant blessings, for health and family and most of all for His Son Jesus, for without Him we would indeed be lost. We rejoice with you in your grateful heart and we stand with you in prayer for your brother.

We lift up your brother to the Lord, asking that God would draw him closer and strengthen what is lacking in his faith. We know that without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him, Hebrews 11:6. We pray that the Lord would open his eyes and heart to seek Him diligently, and that faith would grow as he hears the Word, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ, Romans 10:17. We also bring before the Lord his long season of hardship and his search for employment these two years. We pray for favor in this background check process and that if it is in God's perfect will, this door would open for him, that he might provide for his family and live a life that serves the Lord and sees his household whole and well.

We are reminded of the Lord's promise to seek Him first, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. And we take comfort in knowing that God has good plans for His children, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11. We also remember that we can bring every anxiety to Him, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We trust that God will supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and that He is working even this waiting for good, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28.

We pray together, Father, we thank You for Your mercy and grace and for the gift of Your Son Jesus through whom we have access to Your throne. We lift up this dear brother to You and ask that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way, soften his heart, increase his faith, and help him to trust You fully with his life and future. Lord, we ask for Your hand upon this job opportunity and this background check. If this position is where You would have him to be, we pray You would grant him favor with those making the decision and open this door that no man can shut. Provide for him and his family, give him dignity in work and purpose in serving You, and let his household be strengthened and made whole in You. Help him to commit his way to You and to trust also in You, as You promise in Psalm 37:5 and Proverbs 3:5-6. Draw him ever closer, Lord, that he may know the peace that passes understanding and walk in Your will. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk alongside your brother with love and patience, sharing the Word with him, praying with him, and reminding him that the Lord's timing is perfect even when the waiting is long. Encourage him to keep seeking the Lord daily, to trust Him with this outcome, and to be ready to serve Him faithfully in whatever work He provides.

Thank you for bringing your brother to us in prayer with such a thankful heart. We join you in thanking God for health, family, and for Jesus, and we hear how much you love your brother and want to see him drawn closer to the Lord and provided for.

Two years of looking for work is a long and wearying road, and waiting on a background check at the end of it can feel especially heavy. It makes sense you would feel both hopeful and anxious right now, wanting this to be the door God opens for him and for his family to have stability and wholeness.

We are praying with you that God would work in your brother's heart to seek Him, and that He would provide for his needs according to His wisdom and care. While you wait for news, one simple way to walk with him is to stay close in the waiting itself. A short check-in, asking how he is doing, offering to pray with him briefly if he is open to it, or inviting him to join you for church or a meal can remind him he is not carrying this alone. You do not need to have answers for him, just steady presence.

Father, we thank You for this family and for their trust in You. We lift this brother to You, ask You to draw him closer to Yourself and to show him Your love and nearness. We ask for Your provision and direction in this job process, and for peace and strength for him and his family as they wait. Give his loved ones wisdom to support him well. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join our hearts with yours in giving thanks to our heavenly Father for health, for family, and above all for His Son Jesus, without whom we would indeed be lost. It is a good and right thing to come before Him with thanksgiving and supplication, to roll your burden upon the Lord, for He cares for you and for your brother.

Your prayer for your brother is heard with love. You ask that he may be drawn closer to God, that his faith may be strengthened, and that after two long years of hardship and waiting, the way may be opened for honest work through this background check, that he may provide for his family and live a life that serves the Lord. We bring these same petitions before the throne of grace with you.

You say he lacks faith, and many of God's dear children know what it is to have little faith. Yet remember, little faith is still true faith when it begins and ends with Jesus. It is like precious faith, though it be but as a grain of mustard seed, for it looks to Christ alone. We do not rest upon our faith, our prayers, or our own strength, but upon Jesus Christ crucified, who is all our salvation, the Author and Finisher of faith. Simple faith is the work of the Holy Spirit, and it is by the Spirit that we continue to wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. Pray then that the Lord would be pleased to work in your brother that living faith by which we see Him who is invisible, and by which the love and light of God come into the soul.

The Christian's walk is faith and his life is faith, and faith is often tried as Job was tried. Job in his ashes learned not to charge God foolishly, but to worship and to wait, and the Lord who tried him also sustained him. If your brother's faith is weak, let him hear the gracious invitation, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. A look does not require a moment, and whosoever looks to Christ in unquestioning confidence shall not be put to shame, for he that believeth on Him shall not be confounded. May the Lord give your brother such a look, such a faith, that even in trial he may say with Job, He will put strength in me.

We pray also concerning his daily bread and his trade and business, for we have a God of providence who answers prayer. Hast thou faith in God as to thy daily bread and thy calling, the Scriptures ask, and we are taught to bring even these ordinary things before Him. We ask the Father, if it be His gracious will, to cause this background check to go in your brother's favor and to open a door for employment that will enable him to provide for his household and to walk in obedience before the Lord. And if the Lord tarries or answers otherwise than we hope, we pray He will give your brother and your whole family patience like Job, and a faith that can stand the test, not moved by every puff of wind, but rooted in Christ.

May the Lord increase faith in your brother, grant him repentance and life, and establish him in Christ. May He grant you comfort as you intercede, and may He supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We wait upon Him together, trusting that whether in giving or withholding, He does all things well, and that He will put strength into those who trust Him.

Father, draw this dear brother unto Thyself, grant him saving faith in Thy Son, forgive his sins and make him Thine own, and in Thy mercy provide for his temporal needs as Thou seest best, that he may serve Thee and care for his family with a whole heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation. Amen.
