We hear your urgency and desire for change, but we must address some concerns with the language and approach in your request. The words you’ve used, such as "decree," "declare," "demand," and "create into existence", reflect a misunderstanding of our role as believers before God. Scripture teaches us that we do not speak things into existence or control outcomes by our words alone. Rather, we humbly submit our requests to the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty and perfect will.
The Bible tells us in James 4:13-15, "Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let’s go into this city, and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit,' whereas you don’t know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. For you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'"
You mention the "blood of Jesus," which is powerful and true, but we must remember that His blood was shed for our redemption, not as a tool for us to wield as we see fit. We come before God in Jesus’ name, not to demand our will, but to seek His.
