seasonal depression

Please pray for me.  As the days get shorter and colder and there is less sunlight.  I cant help it but just this time of year is hard for me.  God has been good to me but i struggle with depression for several years now just worse. Thank you so much.

I’m sorry that you’re struggling, Pam. I struggled with anxiety and depression for two years. I chose the path that uplifted me -- spent a good amount of time in prayer. God was my shelter in the midst of the storm. I pray that the Lord may help you to experience His peace in the days ahead. You might want to take a look at the book, The Freedom from Depression Workbook, by Les Carter. Finally, I’d like to encourage you to surround yourself with people who will bring positive energy in your life.

Still praying for you Pam , Going thru alot of the same problems. Keep pushing thru and praying. Look on youtube type in christian prayers of protection, you will find alot of prayers.I would look at Gabriel Fernandez on you tube.
