We all are in a journey to a far distant land, lost in a dark world we see the light of God coming to us, shining forth and leading us to the kingdom of eternity where there is happiness and joy not to be found here on earth.
The road may be rocky with many tests coming from anywhere, all we have to remain secure in our search, resting in the arms of the Lord who has set us on to reach those places He has promised to all of us.
You are Jesus, so glorious.
Prepare in my Your temple.
We are born as living stones,
Where You can be enthroned.
You have risen from death and power.
Come rise upon our praise.
That Your mighty hand,
Will lead us all to our eternal rest.
Clothe us in Your glory.
Present us before Your throne.
Blameless, holy and pure.
The kingdom of God is the spiritual realm over which God reigns in power and majesty. God is Spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Be happy, be joyful, the kingdom of God is within your own life. As you sing praises to Jesus, you and I join the hosts of angels in heaven, singing glorious songs to Him who saved us from sin and evil and going straight to hell's burning fire. Let us all be worthy of a temple God has set in our own bodies.
Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own*
I Cor. 6:19
With our eyes set on that yonder shore, only by God's grace can we hope to endure, the world offers us its own deceptive path, but beware, the eyes of our dear heavenly Father will lead us all to our eternal home in heaven.
