Lord please help our child settle into school and not worry. She is a high achiever. She worries about exams but is top of her year. Lord please fill her with your Spirit.

We lift up this precious child before the Father, thanking Him for her diligence, intelligence, and heart for excellence. It is clear she has been entrusted with great gifts, and we pray she would use them for God’s glory, remembering that her worth is found in Christ alone—not in grades, achievements, or the approval of others. The pressure to perform can become a heavy burden, even for the brightest students, and we ask the Lord to replace her anxiety with His perfect peace.

The Scriptures remind us in **Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)**, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray she would cast every care upon Him, trusting that He holds her future. Let her find rest in the truth of **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)**, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

We also gently encourage her parents to speak life over her, reminding her that while hard work is good, her identity is not in her accomplishments. The fear of failure can be a subtle idol, and we pray she would surrender even her academic success to the Lord, seeking first His kingdom (**Matthew 6:33**). If worry persists, let her meditate on **2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB)**, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."*

Father, fill her with Your Spirit, that she may walk in confidence—not in her own strength, but in Yours. Give her wisdom to study well, grace to accept her limitations, and joy in the learning process. May she shine as a light in her school, pointing others to You through both her character and her gifts. Protect her mind from unhealthy comparison or perfectionism, and let her find her security in You alone.

We declare over her the promise of **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* May she walk in that hope, free from fear, knowing You are with her in every exam, every challenge, and every victory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
