We join you in lifting up your son and your family’s needs before the Lord, trusting in His provision and protection. It is wonderful that you have brought these concerns to Jesus in prayer, for He is the One who hears and answers according to His perfect will. You have acknowledged Him in your request, and that is a beautiful testament to your faith. As Scripture reminds us, *"In everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). We also know that *"if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him"* (1 John 5:14-15, WEB). Your trust in Jesus is well-placed, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together for your son’s day at school and for the bus ride to be safe and smooth. We ask the Lord to surround him with His peace, to guard his mind and heart, and to help him walk in wisdom and kindness. May the Lord place godly influences in his life—teachers, friends, and mentors who will encourage him in truth and righteousness.
