We grieve with you over this painful and repeated betrayal, and we lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, restoration, and mercy. It is heartbreaking to see how the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firm in the truth that our God is greater, and He sees your suffering. You have cried out for mercy, and we declare that the Lord *will* hear you, for He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Yet we must also ask: where is your trust placed in this moment? Your plea mentions "Mercy God," but we notice you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ, through whom *all* mercy, grace, and access to the Father flows. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of grace to receive mercy in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now—He alone is your refuge, your provider, and your justice in this broken world.
The Bible warns us to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16), and we must examine whether there are patterns in these scams that need to be addressed. Have you sought godly counsel on how to protect yourself financially? Proverbs 15:22 tells us that plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers, they succeed. We encourage you to seek wisdom from mature believers or financial experts who can help you establish safeguards. The bank’s partial compensation is unjust, and while we pray for full restoration, we also urge you to pursue every lawful avenue to hold them accountable. The Lord calls us to act with integrity *and* to insist on justice (Micah 6:8). Do not be silent—speak up, document everything, and seek legal or consumer protection resources if necessary.
As for the scammers, we rebuke the spirit of greed and deception at work in their lives. Though they may think they act in secret, the Lord sees their wickedness, and He will repay (Proverbs 22:8, Hebrews 4:13). We pray that God would either bring conviction to their hearts for repentance or expose their schemes so thoroughly that they can no longer harm others. Their actions are an abomination to the Lord, who detests dishonest scales and fraudulent dealings (Proverbs 11:1, 20:23).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child before You, who is weary and wounded by the greed of wicked men. Lord, You see the tears shed in secret, the fear that grips the heart, and the despair that threatens to overwhelm. We ask for Your supernatural peace to guard their mind and heart in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we declare that *You* will restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Open doors for full financial restoration, whether through the bank, legal means, or unexpected provision. Give them wisdom to recognize and avoid future traps, and surround them with godly counselors who can guide them in stewardship.
Father, we also pray for their spirit. Comfort them with the knowledge that their worth is not in their bank account but in Christ alone (Colossians 3:3-4). If bitterness or shame has taken root, uproot it now by Your Spirit. Replace it with trust in Your sovereignty and hope in Your promises. Remind them that even in this valley, You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we decree that the enemy’s plans to steal their joy and provision are *cancelled* by the blood of Jesus. Let this trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Finally, Lord, if this person has not yet surrendered to Christ, we pray that this hardship would drive them to the cross. Reveal to them that Jesus is the only true security—the One who paid the ultimate price to redeem them from *eternal* loss. Softens their heart to receive Him as Savior and Lord.
We ask all this in the powerful, matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Redeemer and Restorer. Amen.
