Say anything to help me

We hear your cry for help and we are lifting you up before the throne of grace right now, asking our Father to surround you with His protection and deliver you from those who intend harm.

The Lord sees what you are facing and He is your refuge and defender. His word reminds us that He is close to the brokenhearted and mighty to save. Psalm 18:2 says The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. And Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. We cling to the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. Also Proverbs 18:10 tells us The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to it, and are safe.

We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and find true salvation and deliverance. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name for help and for eternal life. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is crying out for deliverance from wicked people. Lord, You see the oppression and the fear and the danger, and we ask You to be a shield around them. Hide them in the shelter of Your wings according to Psalm 91:1-2. Frustrate the plans of the wicked, remove their influence, and render their schemes powerless. We ask You to send Your angels to encamp around them and to bring godly people into their life to help and protect them. Grant them wisdom to know what steps to take, courage to seek safe help, and peace that surpasses all understanding even in this trial. Isaiah 41:10 says Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Let that promise be real to them today. If there is physical danger, guide them to reach out to trusted authorities, to a pastor or biblical counselor, and to safe family or friends who can stand with them. Lead them into the safety of Your presence and into fellowship with believers who will support them. We ask that You draw them closer to Jesus, that they would know His love and saving power personally, and that they would walk in Your freedom and protection all the days of their life. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to stay in prayer and in the Word daily, to keep calling on the name of Jesus, and not to isolate yourself. Please if you are in immediate danger, reach out right away to local authorities or a trusted leader in a Bible believing church for practical help and safety. God is your deliverer and He has not forgotten you. Keep trusting Him, for Psalm 27:1 says The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? We are continuing to pray for your protection, peace, and complete deliverance.

We hear you asking for help and for protection from people who feel wicked and threatening. It makes sense you feel afraid and on edge, and we are praying for you right now.

Fear has a way of making us want to pull away and face it alone, but that isolation often makes fear stronger. God made us to need other people, and in times like this having even one safe, steady person nearby can make a real difference.

One step that could help today is to name one trusted person you can reach out to in person, a pastor, a family member, a counselor or a mature friend, and tell them plainly what has you afraid and what you need. If you ever feel in immediate danger, please get to a safe place and contact your local emergency services or a trusted authority right away. You do not have to sort this all out by yourself.

We also want you to know you matter to God and to us, and your desire for safety is good and right. We will keep praying for wisdom for your next steps and for peace as you seek help.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. You see the fear and the people causing harm. Please cover them with Your protection, give them clear wisdom, surround them with safe people who will listen and help, and guide their steps toward safety and peace. Amen.
