We come before the Lord with hearts full of trust in His perfect will, knowing that He is sovereign over all things—including the jobs and provisions of His people. We are grateful that you have brought this concern to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and the assurance that He hears us. As Scripture reminds us, *"I will do whatever you ask in my name, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14, WEB).
Yet we must also remember that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His plans are for our ultimate good, even when we do not understand them. If this man’s job is in jeopardy, we pray that the Lord would work mightily on his behalf—whether by restoring his position, opening new doors of opportunity, or providing in ways we cannot yet see. We ask that if there has been any oversight, error, or even unjust treatment, that God would expose it and bring correction. *"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB).
At the same time, we encourage you to consider whether this situation might be an opportunity for this man to seek God’s direction more deeply. Sometimes the Lord allows trials to draw us closer to Him, to refine our trust, or to redirect our steps toward His greater purpose. Let us pray that this man—whether he is a believer or not—would turn to Christ in faith, for *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). If he does not know Jesus as his Savior, we pray that this season would lead him to repentance and salvation, for *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Let us also examine our own hearts in this matter. Are we trusting in God’s provision, or are we anxious as if He were not in control? Do we seek His will above our own desires? The apostle Paul reminds us, *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, if it is Your will, restore this man’s job and make a way where there seems to be no way. Expose any injustice and bring correction to those in authority. Give him favor in the eyes of his employers, and let Your hand of provision be evident in his life. Yet, above all, we pray that Your will would be done—not ours—and that this trial would draw him closer to You.
If this man does not know You, Lord, we ask that You would soften his heart to receive the truth of the Gospel. May he turn to Christ in faith, repenting of his sins and trusting in Jesus alone for salvation. Give him wisdom to seek You first, knowing that all other things will be added unto him as You see fit.
We also pray for the one who has brought this request before You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Help them to trust in You completely, casting all their cares upon You, for You care for them.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
