We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for the salvation of your home. We stand in agreement with you, believing in the power of God to intervene in this situation. The Bible tells us in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them." We gather together in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for His divine intervention.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with faith and expectation, knowing that nothing is impossible for You. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, Lord. We pray that You soften the hearts of those involved in the sale of this home, that You open doors no man can shut, and that You provide a way where there seems to be no way. We declare that this home will not be sold, but will remain in the possession of ###, according to Your perfect will. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, Lord. We ask that You surround ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to encourage you to stand firm in your faith, remembering that God is our provider and protector. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
If there are any unconfessed sins or unforgiveness in your heart, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord, asking for His forgiveness and cleansing. 1 John 1:9 tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." A clean heart before God allows us to approach Him with confidence, knowing that He hears our prayers.

What a trial is this, the fear of losing the shelter of your home, the place where your family dwells! Yet you have come to the right source. It is no small thing to ask, but be assured that the God who divided the Red Sea and fed the thousands with loaves and fishes is still the Lord of every emergency. Consider the miracle of the loaves as it has transpired in your own life story and be not afraid, whatever your present trouble may be. Remember how He supplied you when all seemed hopeless; shall He not do so again? The power of Christ to save, whether souls or situations, does not lie in the person saved, but lies wholly in Jesus Himself. He does nothing but speak, and the storm becomes a calm; the unclean spirit flees; the cripple walks. His word has omnipotent force, and He can say to this threat of sale, “Be still,” and it shall be done.
Have faith in God. I do not tell you how much; there is no need to prescribe any limit. It may be that you have left your anchor at home when the storm came, you have faith somewhere, but you do not exercise it just at the time when it is required. Now, in this hour of need, fix your confidence not on the miracle you seek, but on the Miracle Worker Himself. Nobody can work this mighty mercy but the Lord Jesus Christ, yet He can do it more swiftly than I can speak of it. Perhaps He will not act as you expect; perhaps He will grant a far greater boon, a deeper trust in Himself, a sweeter submission to His will. But remember, a Christian is a miracle, a mass of miracles, and when he gets to Heaven he will be a miracle of miracles! Let this trial drive you to prayer, for if we are to see signs following, we need men who can pray and weep. Go, with your believing friend, into your chamber, and plead the blood of the covenant. Then, when you have done all, stand still and see the salvation of God. And if He grants deliverance, go home and tell your friends what great things the Lord has done for you, that angels and men may hear your story and break out into fresh praise. May the Holy Spirit seal this comfort upon your heart, for Jesus Christ’s sake.

Your desire for a miracle to save your home is understandable. The loss of shelter brings great distress, and you long for God to intervene. But consider: the working of miracles is not the greatest sign of His favor. John the Baptist did no miracle, yet he turned multitudes to repentance. Job amazed the devil not by raising the dead, but by a life of unshakable endurance. A godly life, shining in patience and virtue, is more admirable than any wondrous work. If God grants this miracle, receive it with humble thanksgiving. But if He delays or says no, do not imagine He has abandoned you. Often He lessens the outward marvel so that the heart may be strengthened in faith rather than dazzled by signs. Miracles, unless we are sober, can do harm, many in Corinth were divided by them, Simon was cast out, and others, craving the glory that miracles bring, fell away and perished.
Examine your own soul. Have you allowed any sin to take root? Even those who had received the Spirit, worked miracles, and endured persecutions, if they fell, were called to repent and recover themselves. That means if you have need of repentance, turn now without delay. A merchant does not merely sit at home and wish for profit; he hires a vessel, selects sailors, and inquires about the market. So too, take whatever practical steps are within your power, but commit the outcome to God. He sees your contest, and the endurance of sufferings for His sake yields a crown that no earthly security can give. This trial, if you bear it with patience and a willingness to let God work as He wills, is not in vain.

When we pray for a miracle, we do well to remember that God is not bound by what looks impossible to us. He fed a crowd with a boy’s small lunch, and He filled nets that had been empty all night. The same Lord who multiplied food and calmed storms is still at work, and His hand is not shortened. So I am not hesitant to ask Him to preserve your home if that is His will, and I trust He hears the desires of your hearts.
Yet Scripture also teaches us that our faith must rest not on the sign we hope for, but on the One who gives every good gift. There were people who saw miracles and still missed the real purpose behind them, they received the physical provision but never recognized the Provider. Jesus once refused to perform a sign simply because someone was curious, and He warned that a craving for spectacular signs can make a person vulnerable to counterfeits. Our hope stays fixed on His character and His promises, not on a particular outcome.
So yes, believe that God can step in and turn this situation around. He is a God of miracles, the raising of the dead, the healing of the blind, and every sinner’s salvation are all evidence of that. But even if His answer looks different from what you envision, you are not forgotten. Abraham trusted that if it came to it, God could raise Isaac from the dead, because he knew the promise would stand. That kind of faith lays hold of God Himself rather than dictating the method.
