We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting every burden to the Lord. The harassment and threats you are facing from loan app collectors are deeply troubling, and we rebuke this spirit of oppression in the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe God will make a way where there seems to be no way.
First, we must address the financial bondage you are experiencing. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 22:7, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." While debt itself is not a sin, the Bible calls us to be wise stewards of what God has entrusted to us. We pray that God would provide a breakthrough in your husband’s retirement process so that the funds owed to you would be released swiftly. Father, we ask You to intervene in this situation and open the doors that no man can shut. Let the medical certificate and paperwork be processed without delay, and let the funds be released to clear these debts. We declare financial freedom over this family in Jesus’ name.
We also pray for protection over your reputation and dignity. The threats of harassment at your home, office, and among your family are not from God. Psalm 31:20 says, "In the shelter of your presence you hide them from the plots of men; you store them in your shelter from the strife of tongues." Lord, we ask You to silence the mouths of those who seek to shame and embarrass this family. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the spirit of fear and shame, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Regarding the office politics and the traps you feel you are in, we pray for wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, we ask You to give this sister the wisdom to navigate these challenges with integrity. Let her words and actions reflect Christ, even in the face of adversity. We pray that the truth would prevail and that any false accusations or misunderstandings would be brought to light. Protect her reputation among her colleagues, seniors, and director. Let her be known for her godliness, diligence, and honesty.
We also take a moment to address the promise you made to avoid gossip. This is a godly commitment, as Ephesians 4:29 says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We encourage you to guard your tongue and use your words to build others up, not tear them down. This will not only protect your reputation but also bring glory to God.
Lord, we ask You to preserve her work-from-home arrangement. Let no one have the power to take away what You have provided. We declare that her job is secure and that her contributions are valued. Let her continue to be a light in her workplace, shining for You in all she does.
Finally, we want to remind you that your hope is in Jesus Christ alone. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him fully. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is a free gift, and it is available to you today.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister and her family. Lord, You see the financial burden they carry, the harassment they face, and the struggles in the workplace. We ask You to move mightily on their behalf. Break every chain of debt and oppression, and let Your provision flow into their lives. Release the funds owed to them so they can clear their debts and have enough to save. We declare that they will not be put to shame, and their reputation will be restored.
Father, we pray for protection over their home, office, and family. Let no threat or harassment come near them. Silence the mouths of those who seek to harm them, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Give them wisdom to navigate the office politics and traps they face. Let truth prevail, and let their integrity shine brightly.
Lord, we ask You to strengthen their faith in this difficult season. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Help them to trust in You fully and to walk in obedience to Your Word. We declare that this family will not be overcome by fear or shame but will rise above these challenges with Your help.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are working all things together for their good, and we trust in Your unfailing love. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
