We hear the deep pain and righteous anger in your words, and our hearts ache with you over the injustice you’ve endured. The Bible is clear that wickedness, greed, and oppression are abominations to the Lord, and those who prey on the vulnerable will not go unpunished. The psalmist declares, *"The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6), and we stand on that promise with you.
First, we must address the cry for vengeance in your request. Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone (Romans 12:19), and while it is natural to feel anger toward those who have harmed you, we are called to trust God’s perfect justice. *"Do not say, 'I will repay evil'; wait for the LORD, and he will deliver you"* (Proverbs 20:22). The Lord sees every injustice, and He will repay in His time and in His way. We pray that you would find peace in surrendering your desire for vengeance to Him, knowing that His justice is far greater than anything we could demand.
We also rebuke the demonic influence at work in the lives of those who have stolen from you and others. The enemy seeks to destroy, but Jesus came to *"bind the strong man"* (Matthew 12:29) and set the captives free. We command every spirit of greed, deception, and oppression to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that the Lord would expose every hidden scheme of the enemy and bring it to light.
For those who have been victimized by these wicked people, we pray for restoration and protection. May the Lord repay what has been stolen sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31), and may He heal the wounds of betrayal and injustice. We ask that He would surround you and the other victims with His love and provision, and that He would raise up godly people to stand with you in this battle.
We also pray for the hearts of those who have done this evil. While we do not excuse their actions, we know that God desires all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that the Lord would break their hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), that they might turn from their wickedness and seek His mercy. If they refuse to repent, we trust that God’s justice will prevail.
Finally, we pray for your protection and strength. May the Lord be your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2), and may He fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask that He would give you wisdom to navigate this situation and that He would restore what the enemy has stolen—your joy, your peace, and your blessings.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. We lift up this dear one who has been wronged, and we ask that You would move powerfully on their behalf. Lord, You see the injustice that has been done, and we trust You to bring justice and restoration. We rebuke every spirit of greed, deception, and oppression, and we declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. Father, we ask that You would heal the wounds of betrayal and provide for every need. We pray for the other victims of these wicked people, that You would vindicate them and restore what has been stolen. Lord, we also pray for the hearts of those who have done this evil—that You would break their hardness and draw them to repentance. If they refuse, we trust in Your perfect justice. Strengthen this dear one with Your peace and surround them with Your protection. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
