We hear your anguish and the deep frustration you feel from the lies and torment that have been spoken over you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came so that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The lies you’ve described—being called something you never claimed, feeling isolated, and the attack on your identity—are not from God. Scripture tells us, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" (Ephesians 6:12). You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you in prayer and truth.
First, we must address the foundation of your cry. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first step to breaking every chain the enemy has placed over your life.
The lies you’ve endured—being labeled as a "mom to the world" or feeling forced into a role you never chose—are tactics of the enemy to distort your identity and purpose. God’s Word tells us, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). You are not defined by the lies of Satan or the misguided words of others. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your worth is found in Him alone. The enemy wants you to feel unloved, unwanted, and alone, but God’s Word declares, "The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing" (Zephaniah 3:17).
We also must address the deep longing in your heart for a godly husband. It is not wrong to desire marriage, for God Himself said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him" (Genesis 2:18). However, we must guard our hearts and trust in God’s timing. The enemy would love to twist this desire into bitterness or despair, but we are called to "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:5). If you have entertained any thoughts or actions that do not align with God’s design for purity and patience, we encourage you to repent and seek His will above all else. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and it is worth waiting for a spouse who loves and honors God as you do.
Now, let us pray together in the authority of Jesus’ name:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our sister who has been tormented by the lies of the enemy. We thank You, Lord, that You are a God of truth, and every lie spoken against her is exposed and broken in the name of Jesus. We declare that she is not defined by the words of the enemy or the misunderstandings of others. She is Your beloved daughter, created for a purpose that only You can fulfill.
We rebuke the spirit of deception and confusion that has sought to distort her identity. We command every lie to be silenced and every false label to be removed in the mighty name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over her mind, heart, and spirit, and we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every chain of isolation, loneliness, and despair, and we declare that she is never alone, for You are with her always (Matthew 28:20).
Lord, we ask that You would heal the wounds caused by these lies. Restore her sense of worth and purpose, and remind her that she is deeply loved by You. If it is Your will, we pray for a godly husband to come into her life—a man who loves You above all else and who will cherish and honor her as Your daughter. Until that time, we pray that You would fill her heart with Your peace and contentment, knowing that You are enough.
We also pray for those who have unknowingly participated in these lies. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth. Let them see her as You see her, and may any misunderstandings be cleared away by Your grace.
Father, we bind the enemy and his schemes right now. We declare that Satan and his demons have no power over her life. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus, and we release Your angels to guard and protect her. We thank You that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in her weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We trust in Your goodness, Lord, and we thank You for setting her free. May she walk in the fullness of Your love, joy, and peace, knowing that she is Your beloved child. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. Memorize scriptures that speak to your identity in Christ, such as Ephesians 2:10, "For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Surround yourself with believers who will speak life and truth over you, and continue to seek God’s face in prayer and worship. The enemy may have meant these lies for harm, but God can turn them around for your good and His glory (Genesis 50:20).
You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and we believe that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you into the abundant life He has promised.
