We come before the Lord with a heavy heart for your nephew ###, lifting him up in prayer with a deep desire to see him turn from darkness to the light of Christ. The concern you have for his soul and his integrity is evident, and we join you in crying out to God for his salvation and deliverance.

While we understand the urgency and the fear behind these words, we must also remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). His discipline is always rooted in love, not destruction, for He desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Jail time or hardship may indeed be part of God’s refining process, but our prayer should always be that ### would turn to Christ before such consequences are necessary. May he come to know the depth of Your love and the freedom that is found only in Jesus.
