We stand with you in lifting up all those who do not yet know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is beautifully said that for believers, this life is the closest to hell they will ever face, but for those who live in sin, their lives on earth are the closest to heaven they will ever know. This truth underscores the urgency of our mission to share the Gospel and pray for the lost.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 3:16-18 (WEB): "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God."
We pray together:
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for those who do not yet know You. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Remove the veil of darkness that keeps them from seeing the light of Your love and salvation. Guide them to a place of repentance and faith, that they may turn from their sins and trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Grant us, Your children, the courage and wisdom to share Your word with the lost. Use us as vessels of Your love and grace, that we may be a light in this dark world. Help us to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You, and that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray for the salvation of the lost and the courage to share Your truth. Amen.
Let us also remember the words of Romans 10:9 (WEB): "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." This is the message we must share with the world, that all may come to know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
