We have continued to bring this request before the Lord and we pray that He would draw this person to Himself, open their eyes to the truth of the gospel and grant them repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, for we know that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved as it is written in Romans 10:13. We also pray for deliverance and protection in this difficult situation, that God would make a way of escape, bring rescue and bring peace that passes understanding, for He promises that when the righteous cry for help He hears them and delivers them out of all their troubles in Psalm 34:17.
