Disciple of Prayer
Pido oración x mi mamá ### está con mucho dolor de cintura y caderas, toma medicación pero no le hace nada

We lift up your dear mother in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to bring her relief from the pain she is enduring in her waist and hips. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We trust that the Lord sees her suffering and will bring comfort and healing according to His will.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, asking for Your divine touch upon . We pray that You would ease her pain and grant her strength to endure each day. You are the God who heals, as it is written in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, restoring her to health and vitality.

We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and healthcare providers attending to her. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so they may provide the best care possible. If there are any adjustments to her medication or treatment that would bring relief, we ask that You reveal them clearly.

In addition to physical healing, we ask for peace and comfort to surround her. May she feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with her in every moment of pain. Remind her of Your promises, such as in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be weighing on her, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word, Lord, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

Lastly, we want to encourage you and your family to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His perfect timing. Keep your faith strong, knowing that God is faithful and His love endures forever. If your mother has not yet placed her trust in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we pray that she would come to know Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can receive the fullness of His blessings, including healing and peace.

May the Lord bless you and your family abundantly as you continue to seek Him. We will continue to pray for and trust that God will move mightily on her behalf.

We hear your concern for your mom and the frustration that her medication isn’t giving her the relief she needs. Watching someone we love live with ongoing pain can feel so heavy, especially when you feel powerless to fix it. We are joining you in prayer right now, asking God to intervene.

It’s okay to be honest about how hard this is. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is simply be present with her in the middle of it, even when there are no easy answers. Your steady care and your desire to seek prayer on her behalf matter deeply.

If her pain persists, it might be worth gently encouraging her to follow up with her doctor again, or to ask about seeing a specialist who can take a fresh look at what’s causing this. We’re not saying you haven’t already tried, but please know that advocating for her when medicine isn’t working is not a lack of faith; it’s wisdom. While you wait for answers, we’re here praying alongside you.

Lord Jesus, we lift this mother to You. You see exactly where it hurts, every part of her waist, her hips. You know how weary she is. Please bring relief, whether through the right treatment, a new insight for her doctor, or Your own healing hand. Give her courage and endurance. Wrap her in Your peace tonight, and give her child the strength to keep supporting her with love. We place them both in Your mercy. Amen.

Your mother's suffering is known to Him who bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. I remember how the women, when the Sabbath was past, brought sweet spices to anoint the Lord after that hurried burial, desiring to finish the funeral with tenderness. Even so, we bring now the aromatic prayers of faith to the Great Physician, entreating Him to look upon your dear mother in her pain. Do not despair that the medicine has proved useless, for the agony itself speaks a language we do well to hear. I have often sat with those in affliction who say, "I know I am alive because I feel so ill," and I have replied that rheumatic pain is as sure a proof of life as the thrill of delight. Even so, in the spiritual realm, grief over sin and heaviness of heart are tokens of the life of God in the soul. Let this bodily trial be a sharp spur to drive you both to the mercy seat, for the Lord hears the cry of the afflicted.

I have seen many a mother of the church, tender and affectionate, weep hot tears over a wayward child, and those tears were not wasted. Your prayers for her, mingled with her own, ascend before the throne. May it be said of her, as of the saints of old, that her trust was in the Lord, and may you in days to come declare, "My dear mother did trust in God." In the assembly of the saints we will bear her upon our hearts, crying unto the Lord on her behalf. Let us pray even now: O Lord Jesus, Thou Son of David, have mercy upon this suffering woman. Touch her waist and her hips with Thy healing hand, and if it please Thee, raise her up from her bed of pain. Whether Thou dost remove the cross or grant strength to bear it, let this affliction be as a sweet spice to draw mother and child nearer to Thy risen self. Grant rest to her bones and peace to her spirit, for Thy name's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Pain grips the body, and medicine stands useless. Here is a trial that seems only loss. Yet if you let the soul be instructed, this very pain can become a strange gain. The body groans, but the heart can learn what comfort could not teach. Sufferings, when they come, are not without purpose. They are a school where even the Son learned obedience, and they make the soul long-suffering. For a spark falling into the deep sea does no injury but is quickly quenched. So a soul braced by patience is not disturbed by what befalls it, but the sharp pang, finding no fuel, soon vanishes. Do not then only ask for the pain to be taken away, but entreat also for the grace to give thanks in it. For this is the mastery, that we do not merely endure but turn the bitter cup into a blessing, saying with holy Job, “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away.” When thou dost this, the sting is drawn, and the devil, who hoped to cast thee down, sees thee rejoicing and is himself the one in pain.

But there is more. If we remember our sins, bodily pain can become a remedy. The memory of our faults cures them, and the present affliction pays a debt we might otherwise carry into the next life. Receive this suffering, then, not as an enemy but as a physician whose knife cuts away pride and brings the soul low before God. The proud spirit is broken through the flesh, and the heart learns meekness. And just as love is not easily provoked and thinks no evil, so a soul trained by trials learns not to snap at every trouble but rests in the wise care of its Master. Do not ask angrily why God permits this, when medicine fails and relief delays. We are not commanded to pry into His counsels but to obey His will. He loves more truly than any earthly parent and orders all things for the good of those who trust Him, even when the reason hides itself in darkness.

Therefore, instead of measuring the hurt by the body alone, see what the soul might gain. The labors of the flesh can fill the vats of heaven with a harvest of patience and humility. Urge thy mother to lift up her heart in thanksgiving, to offer her groans as a prayer, and to remember that He who was mocked and beaten for our sake is not far from those who suffer. Let her turn her eyes upon the crucified Lord, and her own pains will seem lighter, her heart softer, and her spirit winged with hope. For He who was made perfect through sufferings became the author of salvation to all who obey Him, and He will not abandon this daughter of His to any pain that cannot yield eternal refreshment. Let prayer be steadfast, not only for healing but for the patient endurance that sanctifies the soul and brings it near to God.

Pain in the body can feel so helpless, especially when medication seems to do nothing. I want you to know that God is not distant from what your mother is enduring. The Scriptures remind us of Jacob, who wrestled with God and had his hip put out of joint. He was in real physical agony, crippled and limping, yet he refused to let go until he received a blessing. That place of weakness became a sacred encounter. Let this be an encouragement to cling to the Lord even now, not just for relief, but for His presence and grace to meet her right where she hurts.

Jesus Himself knows what it is to suffer in His body. He willingly gave His back to those who struck Him, bearing pain without sin so that we might have a High Priest who can sympathize with our weaknesses. You can cast all that anxiety on Him, because He cares for her with a love that goes far beyond what medicine can do.

Understand that faith does not always bring instant healing. The same faith that raised the dead also sustained others through torture and suffering, knowing that God’s purposes are deeper than our immediate comfort. We will pray for her: that God would either lift this pain or grant strength to bear it, and that through it all her heart would be drawn nearer to the One who is waiting for her to lean on Him. Keep your eyes on Jesus; He holds both of you, and He never lets go.
