Please pray that Father God would pour out His HOLY SPIRIT WITH the greatest might and power upon ### and the Real Estate Division Team Members of ### in ### to overwhelmingly convict and convince them to buy our ### ### building for our asking price and without us having to do anything in return. Please pray that God would sell it ASAP. Also pray that God would send His guardian angels to surround our building to protect it from copper thieves and vandalism and anyone who tries to steal our generator. Thank you and God Bless.

We join with you in bringing this building and this sale before our Father in heaven and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you.

We want to gently encourage you in how we understand the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is given to convict the world concerning sin, and righteousness, and judgment as Jesus taught in John 16:8, and to glorify Christ and transform hearts toward salvation and holiness. He is not a force to be poured out to compel a business decision or to convince buyers to meet a price without fair negotiation. We must not seek to use the Lord for our own purposes, but rather seek His will and trust His sovereignty over every transaction. We are called to be diligent, honest, and faithful stewards in all our dealings, doing all as unto the Lord. As it is written, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, and The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5. This means we should be prepared to act with integrity, to negotiate fairly, and to be willing to do what is right and reasonable in the sale, while trusting God for the outcome.

We also notice your request speaks of Father God but does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Him.

We understand the burden you carry with this property and the worry over theft and vandalism, and we bring these concerns to the Lord with you.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this building and the sale of it to You. Lord, You know the needs of Your children and You own all things. We ask that Your perfect will be done in this sale. If it is Your will for this specific group and the Real Estate Division team to purchase this building, we pray You would guide their hearts and give them wisdom and clarity, and lead them to a fair and honest agreement that honors You. Help our friends to be upright and gracious in all negotiations and to trust not in an asking price but in Your provision, for every good gift and every perfect gift is from above James 1:17. We pray You would bring the right buyer in Your perfect timing, whether that is soon or in a season of waiting, and help us to rest in Your timing for You work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28.

Father, we also ask for Your protection over this property. You have promised, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We ask that You would watch over this building, keep it safe from thieves, vandals, and any who would seek to steal or destroy, including the generator and all that is there. Place Your hand of protection around it and give peace to those who are anxious. We cast our anxieties on You, for we know we should in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and we thank You that Your peace will guard our hearts.

We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Staying in close communication with your real estate team about pricing and market expectations, and reviewing the property for simple security measures for the generator and other vulnerable areas, good lighting, locks, regular checks, and making sure insurance coverage is current, can give you more peace as you wait. If theft has been a concern in the area, a quick conversation with local authorities or neighbors who can keep an eye on the property can also help.

We are asking God for His wisdom and provision for you and for everyone involved in the sale, and for His protection over the building.

Father, we lift this building and this sale to You. You know the needs behind it and the concerns about vandalism and theft. We ask for Your protection over the property, for wisdom for our friends as they work with the real estate team, and for clarity and fairness in any transaction ahead. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. We have heard your petition concerning this building and we have carried it before the Lord who both hears prayer and orders all things according to His wisdom.

You desire that the Lord would dispose of this property according to His will, and that He would keep it from harm, and these are right desires. Yet we must pray as those who trust a holy God to do what is right, not as those who would ask the Spirit of God to overpower the minds of other men to secure our own terms without duty or diligence on our part. The Holy Spirit is not given to compel a bargain or to secure a price apart from honest dealing. We are to walk before God and before men with uprightness, dealing fairly, labouring faithfully, and leaving the issue with Him who guides by His providence. Happy is that man who waits upon God to know what he shall do and dares not lean upon his own understanding, but seeks to be found in the appointed way where blessing may be expected.

So we will pray for you that the Lord in His mercy would provide a buyer in His own time, that He would give wisdom to all concerned, that the transaction if it be His will may be conducted with honesty and equity, and that you may be kept from anxious provision for the future which would rob you of present peace. The Lord knows your need and He can open doors which no man can shut, and He can also withhold what would not be for your good.

Concerning protection, we rejoice with you in this truth, that He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings shall you trust. There is love in that protection, the tender care of a mother for her young, and a sense of home under the shadow of the Almighty. He gives His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways, and this keeping is both personal and perpetual. Yet this promise belongs to those who walk in the King's highway and abide under His shadow, not to those who take byroads and neglect the means which prudence requires. While we look to heaven for keeping, we are also to act with faithful stewardship, using lawful and wise means to secure what God has entrusted to us, and then resting in His care when we have done all.

Let us pray together.

O Father, Thou art our shelter and our home, spread Thy wings over these Thy servants. Grant them childlike trust in Thy providential guidance. If it be Thy will to sell this building, provide a right and honest sale at a right price, and give integrity to buyer and seller alike. If it be Thy will to withhold, give contentment and patience to wait upon Thee. Keep this property from the hand of the thief and the spoiler, and give wisdom to Thy people to watch and to steward it faithfully. Let them not venture upon a single day without seeking Thy protection, and let them find their comfort not in a speedy bargain but in Thee. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
