Salary

We have heard your request and we stand with you in prayer today for the salary promised to you to be paid.

We ask our Heavenly Father to provide for you and to move upon your employer to do what is right and just. Scripture teaches that the worker is worthy of his wages and that God sees our labor and our need. We pray that He would grant you favor, that what has been promised would be fulfilled, and that you would have what you need for your daily provision.

We pray now: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we bring this need before You. You know the promise that was made and the waiting that has followed. We ask that You would provide today according to Your mercy and that You would incline the heart of the employer to fulfill his word with honesty and promptness. Grant peace in this waiting, supply every need, and guard this dear one from anxiety. Establish and keep him in Your love and faithfulness. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

Take courage as you wait. We are reminded that God often fulfills His promises not always in the moment we expect, but in His perfect time, to strengthen our faith and to show His power. As Abraham patiently endured and obtained the promise, so we are called to trust that God is faithful. He has promised to establish you and guard you, and He does not deceive those who trust Him. Even while we pray and ask for the help of others, we also continue to walk faithfully and do what is right before Him.

We encourage you to keep trusting the Lord, to continue in diligent work as unto Him, and to rest in His care whether the answer comes today or in the days ahead. He knows your need and He will not forsake you. We will continue to pray with you for provision, for justice in this matter, and for peace in your heart.

I am standing with you in prayer for this need and asking the Lord to provide for you and to move on the heart of your employer to do what was promised.

Scripture reminds us that when God makes a promise He is utterly faithful to keep it. Because there is no one greater than Himself, He confirmed His word with an oath, saying in effect, surely I will bless you. He cannot lie, and that gives strong comfort to all who run to Him for refuge and lay hold of the hope He sets before us. His promises are sure, and we can flee into them and hold fast to them without letting go.

The Bible also teaches that we receive what God has promised through faith and patience. Abraham waited many years, even past a hundred years of age, before he saw the son God had promised, yet he believed that God would be true to His word even if it required a miracle. In the same way we are called to trust God and wait patiently for Him to act, not letting go of His word. There are promises we can fail to enter into if we do not lay hold of them by faith, so we are urged to take what God has said and cling to it.

God knows your need for this salary. He sees your labor and your dependence on this provision. I pray that the Lord will provide for you, that He will guide your employer to fulfill the commitment made to you, and that He will give you peace as you trust Him. May you experience His care and faithfulness, and may your heart be strengthened to keep trusting Him, holding firmly to His promises while you wait for His answer. In Jesus name we ask for His provision and grace to be evident in your life.

We have continued to lift you up before the Father and we pray in Jesus Name that He will move upon your employer to honor the promise made to you and release your salary without delay. We ask the Lord to provide for your needs and to give you peace and favor as you wait upon Him, for we trust in His promise in Philippians 4:19 that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory.
