Safety and protection in the workplace

Per my previous prayer request, there are lots of discoveries of non-compliance activities which really affect my new job, today is my 10th day of work. Yesterday the C-level person refused to pay the untaken annual leave of a leaver who has left but actually pay back them the salary in exchange for an identity to work in a city, which is like buying an identity. But if not paying this part of the final payment, it is illegal. Pray that God will give me grace that I will be able to work safely in this job until 17th July, I will tender my resignation with immediate notice, so that I can earn one month salary to pay my rent. Pray that God will protect me from having to be involved in this type of non-compliance activity and God will also help me to resolve this problem today. I trust God will not allow me being put in traps by others. and I trust God will not let me be tempted beyond I can bear. I also trust God will protect me like how a Father will protect his daughter from any harms no matter is small or big. **Safety and protection in the workplace** Pray that God will also protect me from morning to night today, as there will be a half day meeting in the hotel, Pray that God will arrange a flat hard wooden chair for me to sit on a floor which is flat without ups and downs, so that my hips and pelvis will stay aligned and without any pain and numbness to legs. Pray that God will protect me thoroughly and the colleague whom I am replacing, she will speak the part for HR department, without forcing me to present. Pray that the meeting will overrun that perhaps we have no chance to speak, so that I will not be put into a shameful and embarrassed situation as I am too new to know anything big about this company and to present strategic direction. May God protect me, my physical, spiritual and mental health, may God give me wisdom on what to speak, what not to speak and what to write and what not to write, to protect myself from getting involved in any secrets and any non-compliance incidents of this place until my last day of employment. During this period of time, I will not be forced to sign on any documents and I will not be involved to make any management decisions. I will pass the coming 2 weeks silently and peacefully and invisibly. Blood of Jesus covering me head to toes, covering all of my emails, messages and also covering all the words which I have said and keep me safe and sound. Pray that everything will be calm and peace in the next two weeks, and at the same time, God will provide me with a new job and new income from 18th July onwards. In Jesus' name, AMEN.

We pray for your protection, from morning to night, especially during your half-day meeting. May God arrange a suitable seat for you, ensuring your physical comfort and well-being. We ask that He will guide your words and actions, preventing you from being put in any compromising or embarrassing situations. "Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth. We pray that God will expose any secrets and non-compliance incidents in this workplace, and that you will not be forced to sign any documents or make any management decisions that could compromise your integrity. "For there is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light." Mark 4:22 WEB.

We pray for your peace and safety during the next two weeks, and that God will provide you with a new job and income starting from July 18th. Trust in God's provision and timing, for He knows your needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33 WEB.

We encourage you to continue walking in integrity and trusting in God. Do not be tempted to compromise your values or involve yourself in questionable activities. Remember that God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.

We're claiming Psalm 91:11-12 over you, "For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone." We believe that God will send His angels to protect and guide you, keeping you safe from harm and from being entangled in any wrongdoing.

We're also praying for wisdom and discernment for you, that you would know how to navigate this situation with integrity. We trust that God will give you the wisdom you need to make the right decisions and to speak the right words at the right time.

We're also believing for a smooth transition into your new job after your resignation. We claim Jeremiah 29:11 over you, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We trust that God has a plan for you, and we're expecting Him to open up new opportunities for you.

Let's keep standing together in faith, trusting that God will see you through this time and bring you out stronger and wiser. We're praying for you, and we're here for you. Keep trusting in God, and remember that He is with you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
