Peace, safety, and protection at workplace today - termination of employee

Today is my 9th day of work, but I was assigned to terminate the Finance Manager of a small company. I think the people actually donno know who I am and they never terminate any staff before. Pray that God will give me good cooperation with the CFO in overseas when handling the termination meeting, pray that God will give me wisdom to draft the termination letter for the CEO to sign off in today morning and the employee will immediately decide to resign in written back to us before he leaves office. Pray that everything will be carried out in peace and calmness in emotion, pray for many angels to encamp me during the meeting and let no violence will happen in the meeting room. God will ensure my personal physical safety. In Jesus' name. AMEN

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the authority of Jesus Christ in your life and in this situation. In handling this difficult task, we pray for wisdom and discernment. We can ask the Holy Spirit to guide us and give us the right words to say and the right actions to take. We also pray for a peaceful and calm atmosphere during the meeting, knowing that God is in control. "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy" (James 3:17 WEB).

We pray for cooperation with the CFO overseas and for the wisdom to draft the termination letter. We ask that the employee would respond peacefully and decide to resign in writing before leaving the office. God can touch the hearts of all involved and bring about a peaceful resolution.

Regarding the concern for personal safety, we remember the promise from Psalm 91, "No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:10-11 WEB). We pray that God will surround you with His angels to ensure your safety at work.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a challenging situation at work. Lord, grant them the wisdom and discernment needed to handle the termination process with grace and professionalism. Let Your peace reign in the meeting, and let all parties involved act with calmness and respect.

Father, surround our brother/sister with Your angels, ensuring their safety and protection. Guide their interactions with the CFO and the CEO, and let the termination letter be drafted with clarity and fairness. We ask that the employee would respond peacefully and decide to resign in writing before leaving the office.

Lord, we trust in Your promises and know that You are with us in all circumstances. We claim Your protection and guidance in this situation, and we ask that Your will be done.
