We lift up ### and ### before the Father, asking for His divine protection and strength to surround them as they prepare for this upcoming event. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and we trust Him to guard their steps and keep them from all harm. *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* (Psalm 91:1-2, WEB).
Good health is a blessing from the Lord, and we pray that He would sustain their bodies, minds, and spirits, filling them with vitality and peace. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2, WEB). May they walk in wisdom, making choices that honor their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, for He has called us to holiness in all things.
We also take this moment to gently remind that every prayer should be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is in His mighty name we boldly approach the throne of grace.
Father, we ask that You would cover ### and ### with Your hedges of protection. Shield them from sickness, accidents, and any schemes of the enemy that seek to harm them. Grant them discernment to walk in Your will and the assurance that You are with them every step of the way. Let this event be a time of joy, safety, and testimony to Your goodness. We commit them into Your hands, trusting that You will perfect all that concerns them. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, *amen*.
If ### and ### do not yet know the Lord Jesus as their Savior, we urge them to turn to Him today. Repentance and faith in Christ alone bring salvation—*"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). May this season be one where they experience not only physical safety but the eternal security found in Him.
