We rejoice with you in this blessing of a new life and are here to lift you up in prayer and support. Firstly, we acknowledge the power of Jesus' name, for it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is by His name and authority that we pray for you.
In regard to your pregnancy, we stand on the promise of Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." God is with you and will strengthen you throughout this journey.
We pray for your health and the health of your baby, trusting in Psalm 139:13-14 WEB, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God's hand is upon you both, knitting your baby together and watching over you.
For safe delivery, we stand on the promise of Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We pray for God's protection over you and your baby throughout the pregnancy and during delivery.
We also encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life and the life of your baby. Remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this mother and her precious baby. We thank You for this new life and ask for Your protection and blessing throughout this pregnancy. Strengthen her body, Lord, and guide the doctors and midwives who care for her. Grant her peace and courage, trusting in Your care. In Jesus' name, we pray for a safe and healthy delivery, with both mother and baby in excellent health. We rebuke any plans of the enemy to harm or cause distress and claim Your promises of protection and blessing. Amen.
