We hear the sadness and anxiety in your request and we want to lift you up together before the Father. It is understandable to feel worried about embarrassment and to want to be protected from an awkward moment in public, and we want you to know that God cares about even these small and very personal worries that weigh on your heart.

We are reminded that we can bring every anxiety to Him, for He cares for us. As it is written, Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. He also sees your sadness and nearness in distress, for You count my wanderings. You put my tears into your bottle. Are they not in your record. Psalm 56:8 and Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We also want to gently share something important with you because your request mentioned Father God but did not mention Jesus. We have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ His Son. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith and trust in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly to God in prayer. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10.

We join together now in prayer for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear one to You. You know her heart, her sadness and her worry about her body and about being at her program and in the cab. We ask that You would comfort her and replace her anxiety with Your perfect peace. We pray that You would keep her from embarrassment and help her to feel secure and at ease. We thank You that You created her body and that You made her wonderfully and with care, for we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14. Help her to know that she is not alone and that You are near to her in every moment. Give her wisdom and practical help to care for herself in these days. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We want to encourage you practically as well while we pray for you. If you are worried about leaking, we encourage you to take gentle practical steps that may give you more peace, such as using the most secure protection you have, wearing darker clothing if possible, bringing a small extra layer or change of clothes in a bag, and placing a tissue or small towel where you sit if it helps you feel more secure. These small preparations are not a lack of faith but a wise way to care for yourself while trusting God with the outcome. We pray that God will give you a calm day at your program and in your travel, and that you will feel His loving presence guarding your heart.

We hear you, and we understand why this is weighing on you. Wanting to be present for your program without that worry in the back of your mind is completely understandable, and no one wants to feel embarrassed in a cab or in front of others.

It is a vulnerable feeling when your body is doing something you cannot fully control, and it makes sense that your thoughts would keep circling back to it. We are praying for you to have peace and to be able to focus on what is in front of you today.

One small thing that often eases this kind of worry a little is having a quiet backup plan ready beforehand, so you are not carrying the what-ifs alone. Packing a small bag with what you normally use and a spare change of clothes you can leave nearby, and giving yourself a moment to check in a restroom before the program and before the cab, can let you breathe easier and stay more at ease.

Father, we lift our sister to You today. You see her concern and her desire to move through this day with dignity and calm. Please guard her, give her steadiness and a clear mind, and let her feel Your nearness and care over every detail. Keep her comforted and help her program go smoothly. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your anxious care has been heard and we would bring it before the Lord with you, for there is no burden too small for His eye who cares for you in all things.

It is written, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. And again, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, but faith overcomes fear when the heart is stayed upon Christ. Therefore hear His own gracious word so often repeated for His people, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God.

We understand the modest fear and distress that such a moment brings, the dread of shame before others and the desire to be kept in quietness and dignity as you go to your program and travel in the cab. The Lord is not unmindful of the body and its infirmities, and He invites you to tell Him all, even those things which seem too tender to speak aloud. Bring this also to Him and ask Him to keep you in peace within, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to grant you wisdom to be prepared and at rest.

Let us pray with you. Father in heaven, look upon this daughter with compassion. Thou knowest her frame and rememberest that we are dust. Grant her perfect peace as her mind is stayed on Thee. In Thy mercy keep her from distress and embarrassment, guard her going out and coming in, and let her heart rest in Thy kind keeping. Give her wisdom in all practical provision and clothe her with a calm trust that Thou art with her in ordinary circumstances as well as in great trials. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has made peace by His blood. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
