Sad

Your request has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with care and compassion. We understand the worry that comes with waiting for test results and the fear that arises when breathing is difficult and the possibility of serious illness is on your mind.

We pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to His own not out of need but out of love, and who shows His goodness by caring for us even in our weakness and fear. We ask our merciful Father to grant you peace that guards your heart, to be near to you in this time of waiting, and to remind you that He does all things for our good and for our salvation.

We ask the Lord to show mercy upon you in these specific needs. We pray that your chest x ray would show clear and healthy lungs, that no cancer would be found, and that the breathing tests from the cardiologist would return with good and reassuring results. We ask God to guide the hands and eyes of the doctors, to give them wisdom and clarity, and to grant you strength and steady breath each day.

We also pray that whatever the outcome, you would know the comfort of Christ who heals and sustains us, and who promises a hope that goes beyond this present body. May you cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you, and may you rest in His love which draws us not by force but by kindness and grace.

We will continue to pray for your health, for clear results, and for peace in your heart as you wait. May the Lord grant you assurance, strengthen your faith, and let you feel His presence close to you now. In Jesus name, Amen.
