Father God please pray for me I'm suffering from a bad sore throat and runny nose and cough I have bad allergies

We hear your sadness and we are lifting you up together before the Father in this time of physical suffering with a sore throat, runny nose, cough and bad allergies. We know how wearing and discouraging it can be when breathing is difficult and rest does not come easily, and we want you to know that God cares about every part of your suffering, both body and spirit.
We believe that God is our healer and that He is compassionate toward our infirmities. Scripture tells us He heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3 and I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh in Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember that by His wounds you were healed in 1 Peter 2:24. He does not despise our small afflictions and He invites us to bring them to Him. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6, and Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18.
We also noticed that your request mentions Father God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently share this because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. To come to God we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved in Romans 10:9. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus, not only for healing of the body but for forgiveness and eternal life.
We also encourage you with practical wisdom as good stewards of the bodies God has given us. Please rest, stay hydrated, and seek wise medical care if these symptoms persist or worsen, for God often works through the hands of physicians and through the provision He has given us. Do not neglect to care for yourself while you wait upon the Lord for strength.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this dear one to You. You see the pain in the throat, the congestion, the coughing and the suffering from allergies, and the sadness that comes with feeling unwell. We ask for Your healing touch upon this body. Lord, ease the inflammation, clear the airways, calm the cough and bring restful sleep and renewed strength. We pray that You would restore health and give comfort and peace that passes understanding. Help this dear one to feel Your nearness and to trust in Your goodness even in discomfort. Draw this heart closer to Jesus, that there may be full confidence that prayers are heard through Him alone. We ask that You grant wisdom for proper care and that You be glorified in both healing and in sustaining grace. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your request has been brought before us and we have carried it before the throne of grace on your behalf. Though a sore throat and a running nose and a cough may seem a light affliction in the eyes of others, we know that the Lord regards even these bodily infirmities with tender compassion, and that to you who suffer them they are wearying both day and night.
We are taught in Scripture that our Lord Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and that He healed all manner of disease among the people. There is no pain of the body which He does not understand, for He has entered into our sorrows that He might have power to comfort us. We read also that the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. If you look to Him now in your weakness, you may find that even His Word will quicken you and give you comfort in affliction.
It is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. May the Spirit of God apply that Word to your heart while your body is weak, that you may have an inward comfort which does not depend upon outward ease. The Lord who comforts His people speaks to His own to comfort one another, and we would speak that comfort to you now. He who has delivered you in times past will not forget you now, and this present trial, like waters that pass away, shall in His good time be forgotten in renewed health and strength.

We bring before Thee this dear one who suffers with sore throat and cough and affliction of allergies, and we ask Thee to lay Thy healing hand upon the body. Give wisdom for needful care and patience under this trial, and let the heart be comforted and quickened by Thy Word. I have heard your request and I am joining you in prayer as you suffer with this sore throat, runny nose and cough brought on by allergies. It is hard to rest or to find comfort when even your throat is sore and breathing is difficult, and God sees this affliction and cares for you in it.
I pray that the Lord will have mercy on you and grant you healing and relief. May He ease the irritation in your throat, calm the cough, clear your nose and give you restful sleep and renewed strength. May He guide you to wise care, whether through rest, proper treatment, or the help of a physician, and use those means for your good.
Do not be discouraged in this small but wearing trial. God is near to those who call on Him, and He often uses even bodily weakness to draw us closer to His comfort. As you wait for relief, may you find comfort in His Word and in prayer, trusting that He hears every sigh. The psalmist says that the Lord heals our diseases and has compassion on us as a father has compassion on his children.
