Father God in Jesus name please pray Walmart will ship my order it's available at one store please pray they will walmart.com will get my item from the other Walmart that is available please pray they will not take too long to get it from the other Walmart that has my item that may be available at the other store I'm worried that it's going to take too long it's going to be sold out on the other store

We come before our Heavenly Father with hearts full of trust in His provision and timing. We understand your concern about your Walmart order, and while this may seem like a small matter in the grand scheme of life, we know that the Lord cares about every detail that affects His children. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

We lift up your order to the Lord, asking that He would intervene in this situation. We pray that the process of shipping your item from the other store would be swift and without delay. Father, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those handling the logistics, that they would prioritize this order and ensure it reaches you in a timely manner. We also pray against any obstacles that might cause further delays, whether it be inventory issues, system errors, or human oversight. Lord, we trust in Your ability to move in ways we cannot see, and we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way.

We also want to encourage you to release your anxiety about this situation. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Even now, we ask that God’s peace would fill your heart as you wait. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, and that His timing is perfect.

If this delay is causing you to worry about missing out on this item, we also pray that God would provide an alternative if this order does not come through. Whether it’s finding the same item elsewhere, discovering a better option, or even realizing that this purchase wasn’t as necessary as you thought, we trust that God will guide you. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You know the details of this order and the concerns of this heart. We ask that You would intervene and cause this item to be shipped without delay. Give wisdom to those handling the logistics, and remove any obstacles that might stand in the way. Father, we also ask that You would calm the anxiety in this heart. Replace worry with trust, and fill this soul with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If this order is not meant to be, Lord, we ask that You would provide an alternative that is even better. We trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing. In all things, may Your will be done. Father, thank you that you care about every detail of our lives, even the packages we’re waiting for. Settle this person’s mind and calm the anxious thoughts. We ask that this order be fulfilled quickly and without complication, and that they will experience your peace in the process. Help them release the outcome to you and trust your provision, even in small matters. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The Lord knows your frame; He remembers that we are dust. Why then let a small temporal care so vex your spirit? Will you trust your own fretting thoughts, which race ahead to imagine the item sold out, the shipment delayed, the whole business gone awry? That is to make a god of your fears and a savior of your own anxious planning. Trust in the living God, a God with a great, warm, loving heart, a working, personal God who comes into the midst of our daily affairs. He who spared not His own Son will He not also freely give us all things needful? Does He not feed the sparrows and clothe the lily? Then cast this burden on Him. Act with all prudence, as wisdom dictates; make the order, follow it as duty calls. But then leave the matter in His hands, for "we trust in the living God," not in Walmart's inventory systems or our own agitated timelines.

You have heard of the patience of Job, a man of like passions with ourselves, who yet could say, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him." Your trial is small compared with his; yet the same grace is available to you. The patience of the Scriptures is not the deadness of stoic indifference, but the living patience of a child who believes in his Father's love. It is patience produced by the Scriptures as you feed upon them in meditation and prayer. Bring your request once, with order and argument, and then stand still and see the salvation of God. He is the God of economy and order, and your little temporal need is not beneath His notice or beyond His power. Trust Him as you feel yourself sinking in worry, and you shall find your spirit upheld. He chooses to halt our self-trust by allowing these small sentences of death to our own strength, that we should learn to trust in Him who raises the dead. O that you would simply trust Jesus, that is the way to rectify all errors, to bring your heart into order with God.

You are in bondage to a trivial fear. Why does your soul tremble over a shipment of goods, as if your life depended on it? He who is subject to such anxiety lives already in a kind of death, pale and trembling, and can look no one in the face with confidence. Is this to be called life? No, rather a horrid death! Have you forgotten that God is everywhere present, hearing all things, seeing not only your words but the very thoughts of your heart? He is longsuffering to bring you to repentance, yet you spend your days worrying whether a store will run out of some item.

Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. If you fear loss, fear the loss of your soul through endless chasing after things that perish. What is this object you seek? Will it adorn your body, which in a few years disease and age will wither into wrinkles and decay? That beauty takes flight before it appears, and even if it lingers, it has no true admirers among those of well-ordered minds. But the beauty of a soul cultivated in good works is ever blooming, ever in its prime. Why then do you sweat and fret over what will not last twenty years, while neglecting that which endures forever?

You pray for a speedy shipment, but ask yourself: have you made provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts? For if this purchase feeds mere desire or luxury, it is not a need but a snare. The Apostle does not forbid caring for the body, but doing so beyond necessities, lighting up the flame of wantonness. Even if the item is harmless, your excessive worry reveals a heart that has set its joy on things below. The architect, though experienced, stands with fear and trembling lest he fall from the building; yet you, who have mounted high through baptism and good deeds, throw yourself back and laugh in God’s presence, as though earthly merchandise were worthy of your peace.

Consider instead: He who is conscious of no evil and has been fruitful in good rejoices even here, while the wicked live in perpetual fear. If you want true security, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, knowing that it is God who works in you. Trust Him to supply what is needful; He who clothes the grass of the field will not forsake you. But if you persist in clinging to this package as a man clings to a dream that vanishes at daylight, you will find only shame when the morning comes. Now, therefore, set your mind on things above, ask no anxious question, and do not make yourself a partaker of the world’s fever. Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you.
