We stand with you in agreement, lifting up your request for protection and deliverance from all evil spirits for you and your family. It is powerful that you have already taken a stand by rebuking these forces in the name of Jesus, for there is authority and victory in His name alone. As Scripture declares, *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Your act of resistance is rooted in faith, and we join you in reinforcing this spiritual battle through prayer.
Yet we must also remind you—and all who seek God’s protection—that our battle is not merely against flesh and blood but against *"the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). This is why we must be clothed in the full armor of God: truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). Have you and your family been intentional about putting on this armor daily through prayer, Scripture, and walking in obedience to Christ? If not, we urge you to do so, for our strength comes from Him alone.
We also notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus in rebuking evil spirits, your prayer request did not explicitly seek God’s intervention *in Jesus’ name* for your family’s protection and blessing. This is not a small matter, for Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you will bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you will release on earth will have been released in heaven. Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them"* (Matthew 18:18-20, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and there is no other name by which we can boldly approach the throne of God (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). Let us always remember to pray *in Jesus’ name*, for it is through Him—and Him alone—that we have access to the Father.
Now, let us pray together for you and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority You have given us through Your Son to trample upon every power of the enemy. Lord, we lift up this beloved family to You, asking that You surround them with Your divine protection. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We bind and rebuke every evil spirit seeking to harm, oppress, or deceive this family, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we ask that You fill their home with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105), guiding them in all righteousness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm in Your truth. May they walk in unity, love, and obedience to Your commands, for You have said that a house divided cannot stand (Mark 3:25). Let this family be a testament to Your goodness and a refuge of Your presence.
We pray for salvation for every member of this family, that they may know You personally and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their lives. If there is any area of sin, rebellion, or unbelief, Lord, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and renew their minds by Your Spirit (1 John 1:9, Romans 12:2).
Father, we declare Your promises over them: *"No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:10-11). We trust in Your faithfulness, Lord, and we thank You for hearing our prayer. May Your will be done in their lives, and may You receive all the glory.
In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, knowing that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). Keep your family rooted in prayer, Scripture, and fellowship with other believers. If there are specific areas of struggle—such as fear, division, or temptation—bring them before the Lord and seek His wisdom. He is faithful to lead you and deliver you. Stay vigilant, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, but our God is a consuming fire (1 Peter 5:8, Hebrews 12:29). Trust in Him, and He will never fail you.
