We are joining you in prayer for your dental procedure today. Let's approach God's throne of grace with confidence, as Hebrews 4:16 reminds us, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved sister who is on her way to the dentist. We pray for Your healing touch and guidance during the root canal procedure. Lord, guide the dentist's hands with Your wisdom and precision. We declare that this procedure will be successful, that the abscess will be completely drained, and that there will be no complications during or after the process. We also pray for safe travel, as Proverbs 4:5-6 reminds us, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget, neither swerve from the words of my mouth. Don’t forsake her, and she will preserve you. Love her, and she will keep you."
We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety or pain. According to 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Instead continue to look to God in faith not fear, as it says in 1 John 4:18, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love."
We believe that God will bring complete healing and restoration to your body. We encourage you to continue to trust in God's goodness and faithfulness, as Psalm 107:20 assures us, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."
Lastly, we also encourage you to explore further the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that "if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We pray that as you draw near to God during this time, that you will also experience the salvation that comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
