We stand together in agreement with the powerful truth of Romans 16:20, where it is written, "The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you." This verse is a profound reminder of the victory we have in Christ Jesus. Satan, the enemy of our souls, has already been defeated through the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Though he may prowl around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), we do not need to fear, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Let us pray together in this truth:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the victory You have already secured over Satan and all his schemes. We declare that the God of peace is crushing Satan under our feet even now. Lord, we ask for Your grace to be poured out upon us, that we may walk in the fullness of Your peace and power. Strengthen us, Father, to stand firm in our faith, to resist the devil, and to see him flee from us (James 4:7). Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be bold and unshaken in the face of adversity.
We rebuke every lie, every attack, and every scheme of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy in our lives. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You shall condemn. We take authority over the powers of darkness and command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We stand on the promise that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we also ask for Your wisdom and discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics. Help us to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that we may stand against the wiles of the devil. Clothe us with Your righteousness, gird us with truth, and fill our hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let us be a people who walk in the light, exposing the darkness and standing firm in Your truth.
We pray for those who may be struggling with fear, doubt, or oppression. Lord, break every chain that binds them and set them free by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Let them experience the freedom and joy that comes from knowing You and walking in Your ways.
Father, we also lift up those who may not yet know You. We pray that their eyes would be opened to the truth of the gospel, that they would turn from their sins and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them experience the transforming power of Your love and grace.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises and declare that Satan is already under our feet because of the victory of Jesus Christ. May Your grace, peace, and power be with us always. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Let us hold fast to the truth of God’s Word and walk in the confidence that comes from knowing we are victorious in Christ. The battle is already won, and we are called to stand firm, clothed in His righteousness, and equipped with His truth. May we continue to encourage one another, build each other up in the faith, and walk together in the light of His love.
