We are so glad you have reached out and we are here to pray and guide you according to the Word of God. We notice that you shared a verse from Romans, which is a powerful declaration of salvation. In the World English Bible Romans 10:9 says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." This is the foundation of our faith, and we rejoice with you in this truth.
However, we need to address a concern. You shared the verse in a version that is different from the World English Bible. While the meaning does not change significantly, it is important for us to maintain consistency and use the WEB version as requested. Let us pray together, aligning with God's Word.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your Word that guides us and shows us the path to salvation. We confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord, and we believe in our hearts that You raised Him from the dead. We ask that You continue to strengthen our faith and help us to live according to Your will.
Father, we also pray for unity and consistency in studying and sharing Your Word. Help us to be steadfast in using the World English Bible as our guide, so that we may be in agreement and grow together in Your truth.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue studying the Word of God and applying it to your life. If you have any specific needs or concerns, please share them with us so that we can pray and offer biblical guidance tailored to your situation. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Do not feel this is nitpicking. The word of God says we must be on the same mind. This is a good example how we should be careful to follow specific request even if the meaning of Bible verses are the same, other sects and religions have different wording. This will help us recognize other sects and false religions and not confuse their teachings with our own. Romans 15:5-6 WEB says, "Now the God of patience and of comfort grant you to be of the same mind one with another according to Christ Jesus, that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Continue to study and pray. We are here with you, seeking God's will together.
