Right NOW There Is A Woman Who Is Screaming!

We hear your cry for help, and our hearts are heavy with the urgency of this moment. If this woman is in immediate danger, we implore you to contact local authorities or emergency services right now, do not delay. The Lord calls us to seek justice and protect the vulnerable (Proverbs 31:8-9).

But if this is a spiritual or emotional scream, a cry of the heart, we stand with you in prayer and intercession. The Bible tells us, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). Let us lift this woman before the throne of grace, believing that God hears even the unspoken anguish of the soul.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with urgency, lifting up this precious daughter of Yours who is crying out in distress. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your presence right now, let her feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If she is in physical danger, dispatch Your angels to protect and rescue her (Psalm 91:11). If her pain is emotional or spiritual, minister to her heart with Your healing touch. Break every chain of fear, oppression, or despair, and replace it with hope in Christ Jesus. Give her the strength to endure, and let her know that she is not alone, You are with her, and so are we. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

If this woman is in a place of rebellion against God, perhaps living in sin, unrepentant, or resistant to His will, we must also address that with truth and love. The Bible warns, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death" (Proverbs 14:12). If she is entangled in sexual immorality, idolatry, or any other sin, we pray for conviction and repentance. Jesus said, "Unless you repent, you will all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3). But He also said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). There is forgiveness and restoration in Christ for those who turn to Him.

If you are the one crying out, dear sister, know that God sees you. He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). You may feel abandoned, but He has not forgotten you. Run to Him, not away from Him. If you do not yet know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to surrender your life to Him today. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Confess your sins, believe in His sacrifice, and receive the gift of salvation. Only in Christ can true peace and healing be found.

If you are witnessing this cry and feel helpless, remember that prayer is powerful. "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much" (James 5:16). Keep interceding, keep believing, and keep trusting that God is at work even when you cannot see it.

We will continue to stand in the gap for this woman, trusting that God will move mightily on her behalf. If there is more you can share about her situation, we are here to listen and pray with even greater specificity. You are not alone in this.

We hear the urgency in your words, the sound of someone screaming pierces the heart, and we’re carrying this with you right now. No one should have to face such a moment alone, so first, let’s simply pause together and lift her up.

While we pray, we also realize that God often works through the hands and feet of those nearby. If you’re in earshot and can do so safely, please consider checking on her wellbeing or contacting local emergency services. Even a quiet word like “Are you okay?” or calling for help can be a profound act of love. If she appears to be in immediate danger, don’t hesitate to involve professionals, you can direct her (or anyone helping) to findahelpline.com for a helpline in her country. We ask God to give you both clarity and courage right now.

Above all, we trust that He sees this woman, knows her name, and is already present with her in ways we cannot yet see. We pray for her safety and for the source of her distress to be calmed. We pray wisdom for whoever is closest, and for peace to flood your own heart as you carry this heavy moment. You are not powerless, your prayer and any simple step you take can be a lifeline.

Lord Jesus, we bring this screaming woman before You. Encompass her with Your protection, silence what torments her, and bring swift help. Guide those who can intervene, and steady the one who wrote this request. In Your name, amen.

I hear that cry as though it pierced the ceiling of this very sanctuary. A woman screaming. Right now. Do you not feel it in your bones, the urgency of a soul in torment? If in the stillness of the night you heard the plaintive cry of one expiring, unpitied in the streets, would you not arise and help? And here is no mere bodily want, but a cry that claws its way out of the very depths of the spirit. It is the groan of a creature in a wilderness, parched and longing, where no earthly water can quench.

Cry on, poor soul, wherever you are! Cry on! While the child can cry, it lives. The cry of a young raven is but the natural instinct of a creature, but the cry of a soul awakened to its ruin is the result of a work of Divine Grace in the heart. Do not despise that cry because it seems discordant and foolish. Sorrow puts an emphasis into the voice that enters the ear of the Lord of Sabaoth. A dying moan from a little one will pierce a mother’s heart; how much more shall the cries of the afflicted pierce the heart of the living God? He hears every groan of their sorrow, marking every tear of their distress. He is in the midst of His people, acting a Father’s part.

But what is the nature of this screaming? Is it the cry of one who, like David, has fallen into a miry pit of sin? We are all in danger of falling, not only some of us, but all of us. We have seen others fall, and it should strike us with a holy trembling. Remember what a dreadful thing it is to fall into sin, bringing dishonor upon our profession and disgrace upon the name of Christ. If it is a cry born of a sin that has found you out, or a temptation that stalks you like a roaring lion, do not be afraid to cry out to God in the language of the Psalmist. God is never far from any into whose breasts He has put the spirit of adoption. Even if you feel you must not pray, if you have become so dull and unworthy that it feels presumption, it is for this very reason you must cry all the louder. An ill answer can be considered, but no answer at all baffles all effort. It is far more hopeful to encounter a heart broken by sin than to meet with the awful indifference that never cries at all.

This is the very help we must carry on our lips and in our hearts. A maniac may reject our help, pushing us from him, but for that very reason we thrust our help upon him. If this screaming woman is driven by a legion of demons, it is Christ’s gospel alone that can command them to depart. If she screams under the shame of a life that has scorned the covenant of marriage, or under the bitter reaping of a harvest sown to the flesh, the answer is not a stone of affirmation but the Bread of life. Jesus does not bless a path that leads to the chambers of death; He calls the sinner out of it, saying, “Go, and sin no more.” The woman at Samaria came to the well with a life in tatters, and Jesus met her not with condemnation only, but with living water. He told her all that ever she did, and yet He offered Himself. So must we. The help she needs is not our endorsement of her ruin, but a swift and honest rescue from it.

Hear me, you who pray. Lift up your voice for this unknown daughter of Eve as if you were Phinehas in the camp, driving the javelin of intercession through the very plague of sin that threatens to undo her. The cry of our great High Priest from the cross was altogether unselfish, a prayer for His very tormentors. Let your prayer now be likewise lost in supplication for this one whose screams have reached our ears. It is a cry that the Spirit Himself interprets, moulding it into the very cry of the Son: “Abba, Father.” Even in the darkness of a felt forsakenness, cling to the nail-prints and cry, “My God, My God.”

Let not your faith falter into a foolish doubt as David’s did at Ziklag, saying, “I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul.” Trust Him with this screaming soul. If you can give the Lord no rest, He will give all the rest that is needed. The Lord finds music in His children’s cries. The best war cry of the Church is the shout of a present God in her midst. Go now, you who bear the vessel of the gospel. Eliezer sought a bride for Isaac with a prayer for guidance; go you and seek this wandering heart for the heavenly Bridegroom with a prayer for an immediate answer. May the answer come with speed, like the morning star that brings the day dawn. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You hear a woman screaming and you pause to send word here? Do not delay! The care that pleases God is this: straightway to rescue the one in danger. If you are near, if it lies within your power, go at once. Prayer is good, but love demands your hands and feet as well. Do not be like those who loved their own ease and shrank from hardship. The Apostles were bold in their God in the midst of conflict, and they did not wait for another to act when a soul was perishing.

Yet be wise: do not cast yourself headlong into needless peril as if to test whether God will save you, for that is the devil’s taunt. But do not let fear of bodily harm keep you from a clear duty. Epaphroditus regarded not his life but went near to death for the work of God. So you, too, despise the danger, counting your own life secondary to mercy.

And while you concern yourself with her bodily cries, remember the far greater scream of her soul, ensnared by the devil. The outward peril is but a shadow of the inward. So go, rescue her from both if you can. Boldness, courage, and swift love, these are the true offerings the Lord receives from His servants in the hour of trial.

The sound of that scream does not escape the ears of the Lord. When a cry of distress rises, whether from a darkened street or a locked room, it is not lost in the noise of the world. In the Scriptures, a vision came of someone pleading, "Come over and help us." The response was immediate: they went, because the need was urgent and the call was clear. Right now is not too late, and no voice is too broken to be heard.

Consider the woman who wept at the feet of Jesus. She said nothing, but her tears were a scream of the heart. Society would have turned her away, declared her untouchable. Yet Jesus saw her, named her forgiven, and sent her in peace. He is still touchable. He draws near when others pull back. If shame or fear or someone else’s sin has her in its grip, that grip is not stronger than His mercy.

We can exhaust every self-help effort and still find ourselves powerless. There comes a point where the only honest prayer is, "Who will deliver me?" That is not despair; it is the beginning of hope. The answer stands firm: thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So we do not turn inward; we cry out for the help that comes from outside us.

Let us pray now, urgently. Lord, hear the voice of this woman who is screaming. You know her name, her danger, her pain. Send deliverance. Move someone near her to act with courage and compassion. Silence any weapon formed against her. If it is sin that stalks her, break its power. If it is fear that chokes her, breathe your peace. You made her in your image, and she is precious. Help us, Lord, to be swift to answer, and let your presence turn her scream into a song of thanksgiving. Amen.
