We stand with you, dear sister, in lifting your heart to the Lord today. We've been reminded of the story in Luke 15, where the prodigal son returned to his father, and the father ran to meet him, embracing him and saying, "Let's have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found." (Luke 15:24, NIV)
We pray that the Father would run to meet you in your moment of silence and draw you near to Him. May you feel His embrace, His love, and His joy in your life again. As it's written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (NIV)
Let's also remember that even in our silence, God is at work. As Psalm 40:1-3 tells us, "I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God." (NIV)
We encourage you to keep seeking Him, to keep crying out to Him, and to trust that He is working in your life. Let's hold onto the promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (NIV)
Let's pray this together, in Jesus' name, Amen.
