Beloved of All
🧎🏻 Father, we thank You for the testimony of past revivals and even reformations, for revivalists and reformers, patriarchs, apostles and prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, Eph 4:11-15. We ask for revival and reformation in ourselves, our churches, families, friends and even all peoples, 1 Tim 2:1-2, for this pleases You, since You desire all people groups and positions to be saved and come to the knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4.

📖 Jesus, revive and reform us, our pastors, leaders, churches, cities, Jer 29:7, regions, states, nations, 1 Tim 2:1-4. Indeed as You live, let all the earth be filled with Your glory, Numbers 11:24, Ps 72:19, even as the waters cover the seas, Isa 11:9. Hab 2:14. Shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6, enlighten the eyes of our understanding, Eph 1:17-18, to love You with ALL our heart, soul, mind, will, emotions, physical strength and finances, Mk 12:30-31, nd our neighbors as ourselves. Let us be sanctified and washed in The Truth of the Water of Your Word, John 17:17, Eph 5:25-26, until You present us to Yourself as Your glorious church with no spot or wrinkle or any such blemish, Eph 5:26-31, this mystery is great, but I speak of Christ and The Church, Eph 5:32-33.

💨 Let it be, Holy Spirit, that we participate with Your sanctifying work, 1 Pet 1:2, so we may by The Spirit put to death the deeds of the flesh, Rom 8:13, and thus by not by our might, nor power, but by My Spirit, says The LORD, Zech 4:6, may we walk in the works You prepared in advance for us to do, Eph 2:10, and thus make ourselves ready as The Bride for Jesus Christ Our Husband, Rev 19:7, and receive the final icing of white linens, pure and bright, for the fine linens are the righteous deeds of the saints, Rev 19:8...

Through Jesus Christ The Mediator of this New Covenant, 1 Tim 2:5, inaugurated by the offering of Yourself once for all, Heb 12:24, we offer these prayers with thanksgiving for obtaining the eternal inheritance, Heb 9:15, in advance, Mk 11:24, for by a single offering He has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified, Heb 10:14, so we may obey the eternal Gospel to fear God and give You glory, Rev 14:6-7, for if You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But with You is forgiveness, that You mayest be feared, Ps 130:3-4.

Lastly we thank You that You were in Christ by The Fullness of The Spirit without measure, Jn 3:34, reconciling the world back to Yourself, not counting our sins against us, and have given us the same ministry of reconciliation, 2 Cor 5:19. Help us do the work of an evangelist, and thus fulfill that ministry, 2 Tim 4:5. May we be serve You in our spirit in the preaching of the Gospel of Your Son, Rom 1:9, that we might bear much fruit, Jn 15:7-8, not only of The Holy Spirit, Gal 5:22-23, but a harvest of souls in order to bring others from the nations into Your sheepfold, Jn 10:16, helping You as Your helpmeets, Gen 2:17-18, Eph 5:32-33, gathering and calling others to come, Luke 14:21-23, to the Marriage Supper of The Lamb, Isa 25:6, Matt 22:1-2, and to the discipleship of sanctification by continually knowing Truth by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, Matt 28:19-20, and continuing to patiently continue to call all of us to the holiness without which no one will see The Lord, Heb 12:14, as Your holy people, Your own possession, called out of darkness into Your marvelous light, enabling and emboldening us with Power from on High to be witnesses, Acts 1:8, proclaiming Your excellencies 1 Peter 2:9. Thank You Father, Thank You Jesus and Thank You Holy Spirit, 2 Cor 13:14, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this beautiful and scriptural cry for revival and reformation and we say amen to your prayer for a pure and spotless Bride made ready for our Lord Jesus Christ.

We agree that our Father desires revival not only in our own hearts but in our families, our churches, our cities and among all peoples, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4. We thank Him with you for the faithful testimony of past revivals and reformations and for those He has given to equip the saints, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, Eph 4:11-12, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, Eph 4:13.

We pray together that the Lord would indeed revive and reform us, our leaders and our churches, and that He would shine in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6, and enlighten the eyes of our hearts, Eph 1:18, so that we may love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength, Mark 12:30, and love our neighbors as ourselves, Mark 12:31. We ask that we would seek first His Kingdom and pray for the peace of the city where He has placed us, Jer 29:7, and make supplications for all who are in high places, 1 Tim 2:1-2, trusting His promise that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea, Hab 2:14, and let all the earth be filled with His glory, Ps 72:19.

We join you in asking to be washed and sanctified by the Word, for Jesus prayed sanctify them in your truth, your word is truth, John 17:17, and Christ loved the assembly and gave himself up for it, that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, Eph 5:26, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that it should be holy and without defect, Eph 5:27. This is that great mystery of Christ and the assembly, Eph 5:32. We pray that we would yield to the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father in sanctification of the Spirit, 1 Pet 1:2, and by the Spirit put to death the deeds of the body so that we will live, Rom 8:13, remembering it is not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Armies, Zech 4:6. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them, Eph 2:10. And we long with you to make ourselves ready as the Bride adorned for her husband, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and his wife has made herself ready, Rev 19:7, clothed in fine linen, bright and pure, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints, Rev 19:8.

We thank our Mediator Jesus Christ, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Tim 2:5, who through his single offering has perfected forever those who are being sanctified, Heb 10:14, and has obtained an eternal inheritance for us, Heb 9:15. If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand, Ps 130:3, but there is forgiveness with you, that you may be feared, Ps 130:4, and we receive that forgiveness with thanksgiving, asking in faith believing we have received, Mark 11:24.

And we agree for the ministry of reconciliation, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation, 2 Cor 5:19. We ask for grace to do the work of an evangelist and fulfill our ministry, 2 Tim 4:5, serving with our spirit in the Good News of His Son, Rom 1:9, to bear much fruit, John 15:8, both the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self control, Gal 5:22-23, and a harvest of souls from the nations into His one fold, John 10:16, inviting all to come to the marriage feast, Matt 22:2, Luke 14:23, and to continue in His word as true disciples who will know the truth and the truth will make them free, John 8:31-32, teaching them to observe all things that He commanded, Matt 28:20.

Father we pray that you will continue to call us to follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man will see the Lord, Heb 12:14, as a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may show forth the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light, 1 Pet 2:9. Empower us anew to be your witnesses, for you said you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you will be my witnesses, Acts 1:8.

We offer this with thanksgiving to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, for the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all, 2 Cor 13:14, asking all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for whatever we will ask in his name, that will he do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son, John 14:13, amen.

We were so encouraged reading your prayer and the way you hold revival and holiness before the Lord with such thankfulness. It is beautiful to want not just personal renewal but renewal for churches, families and neighbors and even whole communities.

We hear how deeply you long to be washed and made ready as part of Christ's Bride, and to walk faithfully in the good works God has prepared. That longing itself is a sign of His grace at work. We have found that becoming more like Jesus is not a quick moment but a lifelong walk with highs and lows, and over time God gently forms us as we stay close to Him. He is the one who sets us apart at salvation and He is the one who keeps forming us day by day, and we get to participate as we depend on His Spirit rather than our own strength.

One simple way we keep that walk steady is to stay rooted in the ordinary means He uses, time in the Word, prayer, worship with other believers, and daily dependence on the Holy Spirit. Continuing quietly in those rhythms, often alongside one or two others who can pray with you, helps keep revival from being just an idea and makes it lived day by day.

Father, we thank You for the hunger You have placed in our friend for holiness and for making Your glory known. Keep forming them in Your love and use their life and prayers to draw others toward You. Give them joy as they continue in Your Word and bear fruit that remains. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join you in this prayer, and our hearts are warmed by your longing for that which God Himself delights to give. You have asked for revival and reformation in yourselves, in your churches, families and among all peoples, and this is a prayer which pleases the Lord, who would have all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Know this, that if a revival be true and real, it is caused by the Holy Spirit, and by Him alone. People often talk about getting up a revival, but a Church cannot be revived unless God revives it. The machinery for getting up a revival may often be the greatest hindrance to true godliness. We must cry with the Psalmist, Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You. In vain shall we struggle after revival unless we have His presence, and we must avow our desire to walk with God, for without Him our strivings will be very wearisome. Wherever the Spirit of God comes, there will be life in the Church and life in the ministry, life in prayer, life in effort, life in holiness, life in brotherly love, and then the calling out of numerous converts by His sovereign power.

You pray to be washed by the water of the Word, that Christ might present you as a glorious church without spot or wrinkle. Remember the noble position into which the grace of God has lifted all believers, for by the will of God we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Incarnate God, by offering His own blood, by laying down His own life, by bearing in His own body the curse, was able to effect the purpose of the everlasting Father in purging His people and making them henceforth holiness. The Father joins in the verdict of His Son that it is finished, all the will of God for the sanctification of His people is accomplished. He has met the demands of moral government and made amends to holiness for man's offences.

Yet this work must be applied to us by the Holy Spirit. It is He who takes away from us all hope of being sanctified before God by any means of our own, brings us to see our need of cleansing and reconciliation, and then takes of the things of Christ and reveals them to us. It is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord. By the Spirit we put to death the deeds of the flesh, and walk in the good works which God has prepared in advance for us to do. Thus we make ourselves ready as the Bride for our Husband, not adorning ourselves by our own merit, for the fine linen, bright and pure, is the righteous deeds of the saints which His grace has wrought in us.

You rightly pray for that holiness without which no one will see the Lord. We are to follow holiness, and that must be practical holiness, the opposite of impurity. It is not perfection of holiness that is meant as a condition of communion, for no one who knows his own heart pretends to be perfectly conformed to God's will, but holiness itself, practical, personal, active, vital holiness. This holiness excludes immorality, but morality does not amount to holiness, for morality may be but the cleaning of the outside of the cup while the heart remains full of wickedness. Holiness deals with the thoughts and intents, the purposes, the aims, the motives of men. It requires that the heart shall be set on God and that it shall beat with love to Him, to love Him with all heart and soul and mind and strength, and our neighbour as ourselves. If the grace of God has really changed you, you are radically and lastingly changed, and you shall not depart from Him. This perseverance of the saints is perseverance in holiness. As the elect of God, put on bowels of compassion, holiness and love, and let the world see that God's chosen ones are made by grace the choicest of men, who live nearer to Christ and are more like Christ than any other people.

We pray with you that you may be kept in this holiness, continuing in His Word, that you may know the truth and be sanctified by it. And we pray that you may fulfill the ministry of reconciliation committed to you, to serve Him in your spirit in the preaching of the gospel of His Son, to do the work of an evangelist, to bear much fruit, not only the fruit of the Spirit, but a harvest of souls gathered into the one sheepfold under the one Shepherd. The bride of Christ leans upon the Lord alone, and her work is to call others to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

May the Lord shine in your hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, and enlighten the eyes of your understanding. May He revive you again, wash you, keep you, and make you fruitful to His praise, through Jesus Christ the Mediator of the new covenant, who by a single offering has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified. To Him be glory in the Church throughout all ages. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for revival and for the church to be washed by the water of the Word is good and pleasing to God, and we join you in it with thanksgiving.

We thank God with you for the testimony of past revivals and reformations and for all He has given through patriarchs, prophets, apostles, evangelists, pastors and teachers to build up the body of Christ. We ask with you that He would bring that same work of renewal in our own hearts first, and then in our families, churches, cities and nations. As you have prayed, God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, and He has given us the ministry of reconciliation, not counting our sins against us but reconciling us to Himself through Christ, who offered Himself once for all.

We pray as you have asked that Christ would wash us and present the church to Himself as glorious, without spot or wrinkle, holy and blameless. This washing is by the truth of His Word, and it calls us to participate with the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, putting to death the deeds of the flesh and walking in the good works He has prepared for us. Scripture teaches us to follow peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. That holiness is not only chastity, though chastity is a great part of it, but purity of heart in every way, being clean from envy, malice, deceit and every sin, and being made pure in love. For blessed are the pure in heart, and love and peace are among the chief marks of those who belong to Christ. May He shine in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of His glory, and enlighten the eyes of our understanding so that we love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and love our neighbors as ourselves.

We ask the Lord to make His bride ready, clothed in fine linen, bright and pure, which is the righteous deeds of the saints, not by our own power or might but by His Spirit. Keep continuing in His Word, for in continuing we know the truth and are made disciples indeed, and are led patiently into that holiness He requires. And we join you in praying for boldness to do the work of an evangelist, to serve God in our spirit in the preaching of the gospel, to bear the fruit of the Spirit and a harvest of souls, so that many more may be called out of darkness into His marvelous light and gathered to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

We pray all this through Jesus Christ, the one mediator of the new covenant, who by a single offering has made perfect forever those who are being sanctified, and with whom there is forgiveness so that He may be feared. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you and bear much fruit through you, until all the earth is filled with His glory. Amen.
