We rejoice with you in the promise of Jeremiah 33:3, where the Lord declares, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and mighty things, which you don’t know." What a beautiful invitation to seek the heart of God and trust in His wisdom! We stand with you in faith, believing that the Holy Spirit will indeed reveal the deep and unsearchable things of God to those who earnestly seek Him.
The Word of God assures us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." This is not just a promise for general knowledge but for divine revelation, truths that can only be uncovered by the Spirit of God. We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Your desire to hear from the Lord is already a sign of His work in your heart, for no one seeks God unless He first draws them (John 6:44).
Let us pray together now, lifting your request before the throne of grace:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the promise in Jeremiah 33:3, that when we call upon You, You will answer and reveal great and hidden things we do not know. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister before You now, asking that You would open the eyes of their heart to receive the revelation You have prepared for them. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them, that they may understand the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 2:10). Remove any distractions, doubts, or fears that may hinder their ability to hear Your voice clearly. Speak to them in dreams, in Your Word, through godly counsel, and in the stillness of their spirit. May they be like Mary, who treasured Your words in her heart (Luke 2:19), and like the Bereans, who searched the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so (Acts 17:11).
Father, we ask that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Protect them from deception, false teachings, and the lies of the enemy, who seeks to distort Your truth. Give them discernment to recognize Your voice, for Your sheep hear Your voice, and You know them, and they follow You (John 10:27). May they grow in intimacy with You, knowing that true revelation comes from a heart that is fully surrendered to You. Teach them to wait on You, to be still and know that You are God (Psalm 46:10), and to trust in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we also pray that as You reveal these things, You would give them the courage and wisdom to walk in obedience to what You show them. May Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Let Your revelation not only inform their mind but transform their life, drawing them closer to You and equipping them to fulfill the purpose You have for them. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can come to You and be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with a humble and teachable heart. Spend time in His Word daily, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on Scripture, for as you do, the Holy Spirit will bring understanding and revelation. Surround yourself with godly believers who can encourage you and hold you accountable in your walk with Christ. Remember, revelation is not just for knowledge but for transformation. As God reveals His truth to you, be quick to obey and apply it to your life.
If there are specific areas where you are seeking revelation, whether it be regarding your purpose, a decision you need to make, or understanding of Scripture, we encourage you to bring those before the Lord as well. He delights in revealing Himself to those who seek Him with all their heart (Jeremiah 29:13). Keep your heart open and expectant, for the Lord is faithful to fulfill His promises. May you experience the joy of His presence and the peace that surpasses all understanding as you walk in the light of His revelation.
