We come before the throne of grace with hearts open to the Holy Spirit, seeking divine revelation and guidance for you in this moment. The Lord promises in His Word that if any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to you (James 1:5 WEB). We stand on this promise, believing that the eyes of your understanding will be enlightened so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18 WEB).
Father God, we lift up this dear one before You, asking that You would remove any scales of confusion or doubt from their eyes. Let Your light shine brightly upon the path You have set before them, for Your Word declares that Your word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105 WEB). We pray that You would speak clearly through Your Holy Spirit, whether by dreams, visions, or the still small voice that brings peace and assurance. Grant them the discernment to recognize Your voice above all others, for Your sheep hear Your voice, and You know them, and they follow You (John 10:27 WEB).
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. May they grow in understanding of Your will, Your ways, and Your purposes for their life. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding; in all their ways, may they acknowledge You, and You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We also pray that You would strengthen their faith as they wait on You. Remind them that those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). Let them find rest in Your presence, knowing that You are working all things together for their good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and confusion that may be attempting to cloud their mind. We command these spirits to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
We encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8 WEB). Spend time in His Word, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Let the Scriptures be your guide, and let prayer be your constant conversation with the Lord.
Remember, the Lord is your Shepherd; you shall not want. He makes you lie down in green pastures. He leads you beside still waters. He restores your soul. He guides you in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake (Psalm 23:1-3 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
