We join you in your desire for revelation and deeper understanding and we bring your request before the Father in Jesus name, thankful that you have asked in the name through which we have access to God.
We know how strong the longing can be to have clarity right now, especially when something specific is weighing on your heart. God delights to give wisdom to His children when we seek Him with a sincere heart. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. He does not withhold understanding from those who humbly ask, though His answer comes in His perfect timing and manner, not always instantly as we might hope.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him even as you wait for that revelation. Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And Jeremiah 33:3 says Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know. God promises to instruct us as Psalm 32:8 says I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. When we abide in His Word and in prayer, the Holy Spirit guides us, for John 16:13 says However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the specific matter on their heart even though it is unspoken to us, for nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You grant revelation and godly understanding according to Your will. Pour out wisdom liberally, quiet any confusion or anxiety, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind. Open the eyes of their understanding to see as You see, and give them a humble and teachable spirit to receive what You show. Help them to wait patiently on Your timing, to seek You diligently in Scripture and prayer, and to walk in obedience to what You have already revealed. Lead them step by step and make their path straight, that they may bring glory to You in this situation. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only Savior and mediator, amen.

It is a good and right thing to desire understanding from the Lord, and to ask Him for guidance in the way you should go. The Scriptures teach us that wisdom is not discovered by our own searching, but must come to us by revelation from God, for the path of wisdom is altogether beyond our own understanding. The fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.
We will pray that the Lord in His infinite wisdom will grant you clear understanding and faithful guidance even now. Divine wisdom does not come with harshness, but dressed in robes of love and tenderness, inviting us to run into her arms, and it becomes a sanctifying word to us only as we receive it into an attentive ear and an understanding heart.
Remember that the Lord guides His people in several gracious ways. He infuses great principles in those who take Him for their Guide, chief among them to avoid everything that is evil. He guides us as we bow with submission to His will, for by that very submission we are furnished with unerring guidance. Holiness is near akin to perfect wisdom, as sin is to folly. Therefore seek to walk in holiness and in the fear of the Lord, and take heed what you hear, giving diligent attention to His Word.
Take care also not to act in haste, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. Wisdom is the compass by which we steer across the trackless waste of life, and without it we run here and there wasting strength. Wait upon the Lord, continue in prayer, and in reading His Word with prayer for the Holy Spirit to enlighten your understanding, for if we have received an understanding to know Him it is a free grace gift from His hand.

O Lord our God, we thank You that You desire truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part You make us to know wisdom. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son that You would grant to this seeking soul revelation according to Your perfect will and more understanding of Your truth. Enlighten the understanding, influence the will, and change the affections by Your grace. Lead by Your counsel, and give a clear sense of the next step that is pleasing to You. Grant patience to wait upon You and submission to Your will, and keep from every evil way. Let Your Word be understood and received into the heart, that it may sanctify and guide. We ask this trusting in Your goodness and Your promise to guide Your people to grace and glory. Amen.
