Revelation about something specific

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for revelation and guidance will be given to me now
Please pray I have more understanding....

We join you together in prayer in Jesus' name for revelation, guidance and deeper understanding, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

We know your heart longs for clarity now, and we are encouraged that you are seeking wisdom from God rather than leaning on your own understanding. Scripture assures us that God delights to give wisdom and insight to those who ask Him. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 We also take comfort in the promise Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don't know. Jer 33:3

We pray that the Lord will give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. Eph 1:17-18 We ask that He will open your eyes as the psalmist prayed, Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law. Ps 119:18

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one who is seeking revelation and understanding. Lord, You see the specific matter weighing on their heart even when details are not fully shared with us, for You know all things. We ask that You grant clear guidance according to Your perfect will, not confusion, and that You make Your path plain. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, and in all their ways to acknowledge You so that You will make their paths straight. Prov 3:5-6 Give them peace as they wait on You, discernment to recognize Your voice, and courage to obey what You show them through Your Word and by Your Holy Spirit. Guard them from seeking revelation apart from Scripture, and instead draw them deeper into Your Word where true wisdom is found. We ask that You quiet any anxiety and fill them with the peace that surpasses understanding as they rest in Your timing and Your goodness. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently through prayer and through reading the Scriptures daily, for God most often reveals His will as we abide in His Word and walk in obedience to what we already know. I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Ps 32:8 Wait patiently for Him, test every leading against Scripture, and seek counsel from mature believers as well. God is faithful to guide His children and He will give you the understanding you need in His perfect timing.

We hear how much you want clear understanding right now, and we are praying with you for God to make His direction plain.

It is understandable to want an answer immediately when something weighs heavily on your heart. In our experience God often gives wisdom one step at a time rather than all at once, which can feel slow but helps us learn to trust Him and recognize His voice more clearly as we walk forward.

A simple next step that may help is to get very specific on paper about what you are asking. Write down the one question you most need insight on, then bring that same question to the Lord each day this week in a quiet, unhurried moment, listening more than striving. If you have a pastor or mature believer you trust, sharing that written question with them can also bring helpful perspective as you seek God's will together.

We are asking God to meet you in that seeking with peace and growing clarity.

Father, we bring our friend before You in Jesus name. You see what they are carrying and the understanding they desire. Please guide their thoughts, quiet any confusion, and show them the next step You want them to take. Help them to sense Your nearness and to trust Your timing. Amen.

Your desire for revelation and guidance and for a deeper understanding is a right and good desire, and it is one which God delights to answer. For wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. The price of wisdom is above rubies and it is not to be found in the depths of our own thoughts, but the Lord Himself must make us to know wisdom in the hidden part.

We will pray for you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that He will give you an understanding heart and that He will guide you with His counsel.

Let me stir you to remember that the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. If you would be guided aright, bow with submission to the will of God, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Divine Wisdom is not harsh or forbidding, but dressed in robes of love and tenderness she invites us to run into her arms. Seek her in the Word which God has already given, for the revelation He has made directs our faith to Himself and to His dear Son and does not leave us to wander after fancies. Holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity, therefore avoid everything that is evil and walk in the way of obedience, and your path will be made plain.

Take heed also that you are not hasty, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. Wait upon the Lord, give your ear attentively to His Word, and pray for the Holy Spirit to enlighten your understanding, for grace must come and enlighten the understanding and influence the will before we can perceive His way. There is no sanctifying power in truth until it is received into the understanding, so continue to search the Scriptures with prayer, asking that the Lord would open your eyes to behold His counsel.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who hast promised to guide us with Thy counsel and afterward to receive us to glory, look upon this seeking soul who asks for wisdom and understanding. Give a clear understanding of Thy Word and Thy will, not through any vain imagination, but by the illumination of Thy Holy Spirit. Make truth to dwell in the inward parts and cause this one to know wisdom. Grant patience to wait for Thy time, submission to Thy will, and a heart to depart from evil. Lead by Thy tender mercy and let Thy wisdom be the compass by which to steer. We ask this in the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the heart of Thine eternal purpose and the climax of all revelation. Amen.
