We join with you in Jesus' name and bring your request for revelation and understanding before the Father, thanking Him that you have come asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is in His name that we receive.
We know the desire to have clarity now, to have guidance for a specific matter weighing on your heart, and we take comfort that God delights to give wisdom to His children when we ask. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. Jeremiah 33:3 says Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know. And Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one who is seeking revelation and guidance. You see the specific matter on their heart even before it is spoken, for You know all things. We ask that You pour out a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, having the eyes of their heart enlightened according to Ephesians 1:17-18, that they may know Your will and walk in it. Grant clear understanding, remove confusion and anxiety, and let Your peace guard their heart. Instruct and teach them in the way they should go and counsel them with Your eye upon them as You have promised in Psalm 32:8. Help them to hear Your voice through Your Word and by Your Holy Spirit, and give them discernment to test all revelation against Scripture, for Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. If the answer is to wait, give patience, and if the answer is to act, give courage and obedience. We ask that You reveal what is needed for this time and prepare their heart for what is to come, all for Your glory.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently through prayer and through reading the Word, for God most often reveals His will as we abide in Christ and His words abide in us. Be still and listen, write down what He shows you, and confirm it with Scripture and with wise, godly counsel. He is faithful to guide those who trust Him, and He will make your paths straight in His perfect timing.

We join you in prayer before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to grant you revelation and guidance according to His holy Word. Your desire for more understanding is itself a good sign of a work of grace upon the heart, for naturally we do not like being guided, but grace dethrones obstinacy and gives us acquiescence in the divine will, and by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance.
Scripture teaches us that wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts. The price of wisdom is above rubies and it is not found by mere searching of the mind. As it is written, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. A grain of divine grace is worth more than a ton of knowledge, and a spark of true faith in Jesus Christ is better than a whole store of worldly wisdom. We were by nature blind to the things of divine truth, and any true understanding we have is not due to natural intelligence but to grace enlightening the understanding and changing the affections.
We also remember that haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, and holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity. Therefore we pray that you may not be hurried, but may bow with submission to the will of God and wait upon Him, for divine wisdom dressed in robes of love and tenderness invites us to run into her arms.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who became bone of our bone and flesh of our flesh and fought for His church and redeemed her, we ask that You would grant to this seeking soul a clear understanding of Your truth. Open the eyes of the understanding by Your Spirit, make known Your way, and guide with Your counsel. Give not merely knowledge that puffs up, but wisdom that leads to repentance, to holiness, and to walking in Your paths. Keep this one from leaning on natural judgment, which has no more wisdom concerning Your ways than the smallest creature has of great things, and lead into that wisdom which is found in reverencing Your name and departing from evil. Grant patience to wait for Your timing, for at the right moment You bring forth Your counsel, and when You deliver, praise will more fully redound to Your name. We ask this in the worthy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our wisdom and our guide to grace and glory. Amen.

We join you in prayer for revelation and guidance and for greater understanding, and we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom we have access to the Father.
Scripture teaches that we need a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. The distance between our nature and God's nature is vast, yet in His mercy He has made Himself known to us, and He gives understanding to those who seek Him with faith. This kind of understanding does not come only from human reasoning. Believing on Christ is not an ordinary thing that comes from human argument alone, but needs a revelation from above and a heart that is ordered to receive it.
So we pray for you as Paul prayed, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your understanding may be enlightened to know His will and to walk in it. We ask that He will make clear to you what is His truth and His calling for your life, and that He will give you a wise and faithful heart to perceive it.
As you wait on the Lord, continue to seek Him in His Word, in prayer, and in obedience. Some things are received by faith before they are fully understood by reason, and God often grows our understanding over time as we remain faithful. Even Paul, who was counted worthy of great revelations, grew over many years in the grace and knowledge that had been given to him.
