Revelation about something specific….

We join with you before our Father in Jesus' name and thank Him that you have come seeking revelation and understanding from Him, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is His desire to guide His children.
We are encouraged by your hunger for wisdom and guidance, and we know that God delights to give it. Scripture tells us in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. He does not withhold understanding from those who seek Him with a sincere heart. We are also reminded in Jeremiah 33:3, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you do not know. And in Ephesians 1:17-18 we read of the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, giving a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened. God reveals Himself and His will through His Word and by His Holy Spirit, who Jesus promised in John 16:13, However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently in prayer and in the Scriptures, trusting not in your own understanding but in His perfect timing and way. As Proverbs 3:5-6 says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And Psalm 32:8 gives us this promise, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Even as you wait for specific revelation, rest in knowing He sees you and is already at work to counsel and direct you.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son we come before You on behalf of Your child who is asking for revelation and guidance. Lord, we ask that You pour out upon them a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Open the eyes of their heart to understand what You desire to show them. Make Your way clear and give them clarity where there has been confusion. Remove any anxiety or striving to receive an answer immediately, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses understanding as they trust in You. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit into all truth, and cause Your Word to come alive to them as they seek You. Speak to them in the way You know is best, and help them to recognize Your voice and to walk in obedience to what You reveal. We ask that You grant them discernment and a deeper understanding according to Your will, and that You will be glorified in their life through the guidance You provide. We thank You that You hear us when we ask in Jesus' name and we trust You to answer according to Your perfect love and wisdom. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Beloved of All
Your longing for revelation and guidance and for a deeper understanding is a good and needful prayer, and it is right to bring it to the Lord who alone can give wisdom.
The Scriptures teach us that true wisdom must come to us by revelation from God, for we cannot find it by our own efforts, and that the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. The Lord has promised to guide His people with His counsel and afterward to receive them to glory, and Divine Wisdom, dressed in robes of love and tenderness, invites us to run into her arms. That guidance is given not by hasty impressions but by great principles infused in those who take God for their Guide, to avoid everything that is evil and to bow with submission to the will of God, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance.
Take heed then not to make haste, for haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, and remember that holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity. Seek wisdom as the compass by which you are to steer across the trackless waste of life, knowing that its price is above rubies and it is found in Christ and in His Word. There must be an attentive ear and an understanding heart, for the Word cannot become a sanctifying word to any except as far as they receive it into the understanding. Continue in the Scriptures with prayer, asking the Lord to enlighten your understanding by His Spirit, for if we have received an understanding to know Him and the height and depth of His precious love, truly we have received it as a free grace gift from His hand.

By Your Spirit illuminate the Scriptures, quiet all haste and confusion, and lead step by step in the path of wisdom. Grant patience to wait upon You and faith to trust Your counsel, that having been guided by grace here, there may be glory hereafter. Amen.
