We join with you in prayer and thank you for asking us to pray in Jesus' name, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and receive every good gift.
We hear your heart crying out for revelation, guidance, and greater understanding right now, and we rejoice that you desire wisdom from above. God delights to give wisdom to His children when we ask in faith. As it is written, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5. And again, For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 2:6.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him not only for an immediate answer but for His perfect will and timing, trusting that He will make your path clear. He promises, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don't know. Jeremiah 33:3. He also promises to personally instruct us, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. True revelation will always align with His Word, so we encourage you to stay rooted in Scripture, in prayer, and in quiet waiting before Him, testing every impression against what He has already revealed in the Bible.
Our prayer for the spirit of wisdom and revelation is that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling Ephesians 1:17-18.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking revelation and guidance. Lord, You see the specific matter on their heart even when we do not know the details, for nothing is hidden from You. We ask that You pour out Your wisdom liberally upon them, that You quiet every anxious thought and make Your voice clear above all others. Grant them understanding that comes from Your Spirit, open the eyes of their heart to see Your truth, and guide their steps according to Your perfect will. Lead them in the way they should go, confirm Your direction through Your Word and through Your peace that surpasses understanding, and help them to wait patiently and trust Your timing. Remove any confusion, fear, or doubt, and let them walk forward in confidence knowing that You are counseling them with Your eye upon them. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We have received your request for revelation and guidance and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Your longing for more understanding is itself a good desire, for the Lord delights to give wisdom to those who seek it. Yet true guidance is not found in a sudden voice or a hasty impression. As it has been well said, God guides His people by great principles infused in the heart, such as to avoid everything that is evil, and by bowing with submission to His will, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, and we are not to run after every claim of a new revelation.
There was once a man who claimed he had received a revelation that an open door was set before him and that he must be taken in at once, but the answer given him was wise, that such a revelation, whatever it was worth, had only come to him and could not be trusted until it was confirmed by the Word of God. Many persons get revelations of that kind through a slight aperture in their own imagination, to which we pay no sort of attention. The Revelation God has made directs our faith to Himself and to His dear Son, and is contained for us in Holy Scripture.
Nor can the Word become a sanctifying word to any except as far as they receive it into the understanding. There are many who hear religion from week to week but never think of understanding that which they hear, and there is little benediction in words thrown out without an attentive ear and an understanding heart. If we have received an understanding to know Him and the height and depth of His precious love, truly we have received it as a Free Grace gift from the hand of our Lord. Grace must come and enlighten the understanding, influence the will and change the affections.
Therefore we pray for you in this way.
Our Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son we ask for this seeking soul. Grant illumination by Your Holy Spirit, that the Scriptures may be opened with clarity and power. Give a submissive heart to Your will, a patient spirit to wait upon Your timing, and a discerning mind to avoid all evil and to walk in the path You have revealed in Your Word. Grant not a fleeting impression, but settled understanding, full assurance and quiet confidence in Your guidance. Lead by Your counsel through Your Word, through prayer, and through the wise counsel of faithful believers, and keep from all haste and confusion. We ask that You will give grace to understand what You would have to be done, and strength to do it for Your glory. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord steadily in His Word with prayer and an attentive heart, and take heed what you hear, asking Him daily to teach you. He who has promised to guide His people with His counsel will not fail to make His way plain as you submit yourself to Him.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
