We join with you in seeking the Lord for clear revelation and understanding and we are encouraged that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father.
We hear your heart crying out for guidance now and we know that God delights to give wisdom to His children when we ask in faith. The Scripture assures us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5 We are also reminded to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
God promises to reveal Himself and His will to those who earnestly seek Him. He says, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know. Jeremiah 33:3 And again, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8 Our prayer is that the Father would give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened. Ephesians 1:17-18

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this dear one to You. We ask that You pour out Your wisdom and grant clear revelation and understanding according to Your perfect will and timing. Quiet any confusion or anxiety and let Your peace guard this heart and mind. Open the eyes of understanding to see what You are showing and to hear Your voice through Your Word and by Your Holy Spirit. Guide each step and make the path straight, that all decisions may honor You and align with Your truth. Give patience to wait on You and faith to trust that You are answering, even when the answer unfolds gradually. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

It is a good thing that you desire understanding and ask the Lord for guidance, for He is a God who delights to guide His people and to give wisdom to those who ask Him.
We would remind you that the Lord has not left us without direction. There is His revealed will which we must not violate, and it is found in His Word which you may believe from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation, for it will never mislead you. Nine times out of ten if you look to the commandments and precepts of Scripture you will know what you must not do, and thereby know what you may do. There is also His providential will which we should always consult, the guidance which comes from the circumstances that surround us, and sometimes to be passive in the hand of God and to stand still until the cloudy fiery pillar moves before us will be our highest wisdom. And there is His royal will which we seek to fulfill, desiring not even honest gain unless we can be promoting His will by getting it. As surely as God's will is the axle of the universe and the great heart of providence, so in grace He is King, having mercy on whom He will have mercy, and His work by the Spirit is to change the human will and so make men willing in the day of His power.
Let us pray with you and for you.
O Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, we come to Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation, and pray that Thou wouldst give to this seeking soul true revelation and understanding. Not a new word beyond what Thou hast already spoken, but the illumination of the Holy Spirit upon the Word already given, that Christ who is the sum and substance of Revelation may be seen more clearly. Grant a submissive heart that bows to Thy superior judgment and says, I will go or I will stay, if it be Thy will. Make this one willing to do of Thy good pleasure, and guide by Thy counsel. Where there is perplexity, give light. Where there is waiting, give patience to stand still until Thou dost lead. Thou hast said, Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely, and we pray that this soul may drink deeply and be satisfied in Christ. Lead on to grace and to glory, and afterward receive into glory, for Jesus sake. Amen.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, and may you live near to God, for if you live near to Him He will say things to you that He will not tell to others who remain afar off. Seek His face in the Word, wait upon His providence, and yield your will to His, and He will guide you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Your request for revelation, guidance and deeper understanding has been heard and I join you in prayer for you now.
I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Son of God and the only way of salvation, that the Father would give you wisdom and clarity according to His perfect will. I ask that He would pour out His Spirit upon you and open the eyes of your heart, so that you may understand what He is teaching you and walk in the path He has prepared.
Remember that true understanding does not come only from what our natural eyes see or what our own thoughts devise. Our senses and reasoning can be deceived, but when the soul receives the light of the divine Scriptures, it has a sure and unerring standard. Do not seek to understand in a merely human or carnal way, looking only at what is before your eyes, but ask God to help you see spiritually, with the inner eyes of faith. The distance between our nature and God is vast, yet in Christ He has bridged it, and He still reveals Himself to those who seek Him humbly.
Therefore continue to seek Him diligently in prayer, in the reading of Scripture, and in quiet trust before Him. As God revealed His mysteries to Paul not by human wisdom but by divine teaching, so He is able to make His will known to you. Ask Him for a wise understanding, for patience to wait on His timing, and for a heart ready to obey what He shows you.
May the Lord grant you peace as you wait on Him, guard your heart from confusion, and lead you step by step into the understanding and guidance you need, for His glory and your good. Amen.

Your desire for revelation and clearer understanding is a good and biblical desire, and I am praying for you in the name of Jesus that God will give it.
The word that is translated revelation means an unveiling. It is not a sealed book that cannot be understood. It is God taking the covering off so that Jesus Christ can be seen more clearly. The heart of that unveiling is Jesus himself. He is shown as He relates to and watches over His people now, and as the King of kings and Lord of lords who will come in the future. God gave this revelation to show His servants what must take place, and He signified it by His angel to John, with angels and elders and the Lord Jesus Himself speaking to make the meaning known.
I pray that the Lord will give you that kind of unveiling now, not just information about the future, but a clearer sight of Christ Himself. God's intent for your life is to conform you to the image of Christ by His Spirit, so that you will respond as He responds, love as He loves, and forgive as He forgave. As you see Him more clearly, you become His representative, a true and faithful witness of what He is, just as He was the faithful witness of the Father.
The Scripture divides what was shown to John into the things which he had seen, the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things. Ask the Lord to help you see where you are in that picture and to trust Him with what is to come. In this world Jesus said you will have tribulation, but He has overcome, and He promises to keep and guide those who keep His word and do not deny His name.
My prayer for you is this. Father, in the name of Jesus, give this dear one spiritual wisdom and understanding. Unveil Christ to their heart, guide their steps by Your Spirit, and conform them more to Your Son. Grant clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is uncertainty, and a steady trust in Your righteous judgments and Your faithful love. Help them to hear Your voice, to keep Your word, and to walk as Your witness. In Jesus name, amen.
