We come before the Lord with a humble and seeking heart, asking for His divine revelation, guidance, and will to be made clear to you. The desire for understanding and wisdom is a godly one, and we know that God delights in revealing His truth to those who earnestly seek Him. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We stand on this promise as we lift you up in prayer.
Father God, we thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105). We ask that You open the eyes of our brother/sister’s heart to receive the revelation and understanding they seek. Lord, Your Word says in Jeremiah 33:3, "Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know." We claim this promise now, asking that You speak clearly and reveal Your will in this situation.
We pray that You would remove any distractions, doubts, or fears that may be hindering their ability to hear from You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth (John 16:13). Give them discernment to recognize Your voice and the courage to follow where You lead. Lord, we ask that You would grant them peace as they wait on You, trusting that Your timing is perfect and Your plans are for their good (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, for it is through Scripture that God speaks to us most clearly. Meditate on His promises and allow the Holy Spirit to illuminate the truth in your heart. Remember that revelation comes not just in grand moments but often in the quiet, faithful obedience of seeking God each day.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of confusion or deception that may be trying to cloud this time of seeking. We declare that the enemy has no place in this process, for we are covered by the blood of Jesus and stand firm in Your truth. We pray that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) and that they would walk in the fullness of Your revelation.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Beloved of All
Your longing for revelation and guidance and for more understanding is a right and needful prayer, and we gladly bring it before the Lord with you.
We do not ask for a new revelation beyond what God has already given, for we believe this Bible from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation and it will never mislead you. What we do pray for is that the Spirit of God, who is the effect of the will of God, would work in you to will and to do of His good pleasure, and would open your eyes to understand what is already revealed. Nine times out of ten, look to the Ten Commandments and to the plain directions of God's Word and you will at least know what you must not do, and knowing what you must not do, you will be able to conclude what you may do.
There is a revealed will of God which we must not violate, there is a providential will which we should always consult with the guidance which comes from the circumstances that surround us, and there is a royal will which we would seek to fulfill. True wisdom says, I will go or I will stay, if it be the will of God. Sometimes even to be passive in the hand of God will be our strength and to stand still until the cloudy fiery pillar moves in front of us will be our highest wisdom. The sure way to have your will is when your will is nothing else but God's will, so we pray that you may learn to pray as Christ prayed, I will, yet not as I will, but as thou wilt.
Let us pray together. O Father, King whose will is the axle of the universe and the great heart of providence, have mercy upon this seeking soul. Thou hast said, Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Make this one willing in the day of Thy power. Guide with Thy counsel, grant illumination by Thy Spirit, and give a clear understanding of Thy revealed truth. Cause this heart to yield to Thy superior judgment, to lay aside mere debate and to bow with submission to Thy will, that being near to Thee, light may be given for each step. Keep from presumption and from the foolish thought that we can propose and dispose without asking Thy consent, and lead in the path that most honors Christ. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the sum and substance of all true revelation.
Continue to wait upon the Lord in His Word and in prayer, trusting not in sudden impressions but in His faithful promises which never fail. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, to cheer and to keep you till He brings you to glory afterward.
