Reunification

Please pray for me and all those who stand for their marriage to be reunified. I am going through a divorce after 16 years of marriage. Things between my wife and I had its ups and downs over the years, but we always stood by each other. This year, she turned 40 and decided that she had enough and has said that God wants us to divorce. I have been praying that she will soften and agree to marriage counselling, but she seems to keep getting reinforced to her present path. My 11 year old daughter in the meantime is really confused, angry and hurt. I have done all I can to save my family, and all I can do is leave it in God's hands. I have confessed my sins to Christ and asked for forgiveness and help. I pray that his mercy and forgiveness finds its way into my wife's heart and that we can begin working on reconciling our marriage according to His divine Covenant. Please pray for us and all those who stand

Father, I hold Stephen and his family up to You that You would intervene and rescue this marriage. Change Stephen's wife's heart, soften her towards her husband. Renew their bonds and love. Restore their marriage. Bless the daughter that she can endure the hardship she's going through. Work a miracle, Lord. You work miracles everyday. Please spare one or two (or several) for this family. Please keep this family intact. Lovingly hold them in Your gentle hands and see them through. Thank you, Lord, for answering these prayers for Stephen and his family. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
