We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. We need to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
But first we need to address some things you mentioned. Before praying for your spouse to come back we have to ask what the marriage situation is. You did not mention if you were married or if this is a boyfriend or girlfriend situation. If you are not married, we need to inform you that a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship is not to be pursuing having children out of wedlock. This is called fornication and is condemned in the Bible just as adultery.
If you are not married you need to be looking for a Christian spouse and not a relationship that is not a marriage.

It says to be holy and refrain from having sex until you are married. It is not appropriate to be casually dating and having children out of wedlock. The Bible indicates that marriage is to be between a man and a woman. In the Bible we read that men and women were created for each other, to support and complement each other. These are biblical principles that we must align with our prayer.

Father, we also pray for their children, that You would watch over them and give them comfort. Help them to understand the situation and to trust in Your love and care. We pray that You would meet all their needs.
