We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. We need to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
But first we need to address some things you mentioned. Before praying for your spouse to come back we have to ask what the marriage situation is. You did not mention if you were married or if this is a boyfriend or girlfriend situation. If you are not married, we need to inform you that a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship is not to be pursuing having children out of wedlock. This is called fornication and is condemned in the Bible just as adultery.
If you are not married you need to be looking for a Christian spouse and not a relationship that is not a marriage.
1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB Or don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals
1 Corinthians 7:2 WEB But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
If you truly are married we need to be clear that God hates divorce. There is a covenant made with God to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Break this covenant is sin.
Malachi 2:16 WEB For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you don't be unfaithful.
It says to be holy and refrain from having sex until you are married. It is not appropriate to be casually dating and having children out of wedlock. The Bible indicates that marriage is to be between a man and a woman. In the Bible we read that men and women were created for each other, to support and complement each other. These are biblical principles that we must align with our prayer.
Genesis 2:24 WEB Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.
Now that we have clarified some biblical principles, let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person and the challenges they are facing. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch on their back, as well as their soul and heart. Your word says that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray for Your presence to surround them and fill them with Your peace. We pray for their marriage to be strengthened and for their spouse to return. We pray that any transgressions in their marriage be forgiven and healed. Guide them in Your wisdom and provide for their needs, especially as they care for their children. We pray that You will work mightily in their lives and bring reconciliation and restoration, especially so that You will be glorified and honored in the marriage. Help them to be a light to their children and to teach them Your ways.
Father, we also pray for their children, that You would watch over them and give them comfort. Help them to understand the situation and to trust in Your love and care. We pray that You would meet all their needs.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their marriage, for them to be committed to You and to each other, and for Your love to be reflected in their home. Help them to be a testimony of Your faithfulness and goodness.
In Jesus precious and holy name, we pray. Amen."
