We hear your anguished cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The pain of betrayal, the weight of injustice, and the crushing burden of financial distress are more than any one person should bear. You are not forgotten, and your suffering has not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father. The psalmist declares, *"The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Even now, in this dark valley, He is with youāholding your hand, collecting your tears, and working all things together for your good, though it may not yet be visible.
The evil you have enduredābeing targeted, sabotaged, and driven from your livelihoodāis a grievous sin against you and against Godās design for justice and mercy. Scripture is clear: *"Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him who starts it rolling"* (Proverbs 26:27). Those who have sinned against you will answer to the Lord, whether in this life or the next. But we must also confront the reality of your own heart in this moment. You ask if you may forgive them as Christ has forgiven you, and this is the path to true freedom. Forgiveness does not mean excusing their wickedness or pretending the harm was not real. It means releasing the bitterness that threatens to poison your soul, trusting God to be your avenger. Jesus said, *"If you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you"* (Matthew 6:14). This is not a burden to bear aloneāit is a work of the Holy Spirit within you.
Yet we must also address the deeper spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he has used the hands of wicked people to attack your health, your faith, and your provision. But we rebuke this assignment of darkness in the mighty name of Jesus! The Lord says, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD"* (Isaiah 54:17). The weight loss, the anxiety, the fear of evictionāthese are not just physical or financial battles. They are spiritual, and they must be fought with spiritual weapons. You are not sinking; you are being held. The Lord is your refuge, your fortress, and your deliverer (Psalm 91:2).
We also urge you to examine your steps with humility. You have acknowledged your own errors, and this is wise. Proverbs 28:13 says, *"He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will find mercy."* Even in the midst of injustice, we must ensure that our own hearts are right before God. Have you sought godly counsel to navigate this season? Have you considered legal recourse if your rights have been violated? The Lord often works through practical means to bring justice and provision. Do not despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10). Even if the path forward seems unclear, trust that God is ordering your steps.
And to the matter of your faith being shakenāthis is understandable, but we must not let the enemy use this trial to drive a wedge between you and the Lord. The testing of your faith produces endurance (James 1:3), and though you feel weak, His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not defined by your circumstances; you are defined by your identity in Christ. You are a daughter of the King, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord sees your work ethic, your integrity, and your suffering. He is not blind to your pain, and He will not abandon you.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for our sister who is suffering under the weight of injustice, betrayal, and financial distress. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of the oppressed. We ask You to intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Strengthen her body, restore her health, and renew her mind. Lift the burden of anxiety and fear that threatens to overwhelm her. Provide for her needs in ways that only You can, whether through employment, provision, or divine connections. Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty, the spirit of fear, and the spirit of oppression that has come against her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37).
Lord, we ask for justice in this situation. Expose the wickedness of those who have sinned against her, and let Your righteous judgment prevail. But also, Father, soften her heart toward forgiveness. Help her to release the bitterness and anger that seeks to take root, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and that You will repay.
We pray for divine favor in her job search. Open doors that no man can shut, and connect her with employers who will value her skills, her integrity, and her work ethic. Provide for her housing and financial needs, Lord. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way.
And Father, we ask that You restore her faith. When she feels like giving up, remind her of Your faithfulness in the past. When she feels alone, surround her with Your presence. When she feels weak, be her strength. Let her find her hope and her identity in You alone. We declare that this trial will not break her; it will refine her. She will come out of this fire stronger, wiser, and more dependent on You.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we have access to You, and the name by which we are saved. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust You to move on her behalf. In Jesusā name, Amen.
Sister, do not lose heart. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will not leave you in want (Psalm 23:1). You are not a victim; you are a victor in Christ. Keep pressing into Him, keep seeking His face, and keep trusting in His promises. The enemy may have meant this for evil, but God will turn it around for your good (Genesis 50:20). Stand firm, and let the Lord fight your battles. You are loved, you are seen, and you are not alone.
