We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who has been bedridden after a brain stroke. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed this body in the womb and knows every cell, every synapse, every beat of the heart. We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to move upon this situation. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command every neurological pathway to be restored according to Your perfect design. May his speech return, his limbs regain strength, and his senses be sharpened—just as You created them to function.
We pray for the regulation of his blood pressure and all vital signs, trusting that You hold his life in Your hands (Psalm 139:16). Strengthen his body to eat, to walk, and to move freely once again. Lord, we ask for wisdom and skill for every doctor, therapist, and caregiver involved in his recovery. May they be guided by Your Spirit as they work, and may their hands be instruments of Your healing power (James 1:5).
We also bring before You the concerns about infections, seizures, and bed sores. Father, we ask for complete healing and protection from further complications. Your Word says that You will satisfy us with long life and show us Your salvation (Psalm 91:16). We stand on that promise today.
We acknowledge the request for forgiveness of sins, for we know that sin can open doors to affliction (Psalm 38:3-4). Lord, we ask for Your mercy and cleansing over this dear one. Wash him in the blood of Jesus and restore his spirit, soul, and body. We also pray for his family, who are carrying this burden with love and faith. Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their needs, both physical and emotional, and draw them closer to You through this trial.
Now, regarding the mention of black magic, curses, and witchcraft—we take authority over every evil assignment sent against this family. The Bible is clear: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that this household is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no curse or spell has power here. We break every chain of darkness in the name of Jesus and command every evil spirit to flee. The enemy has no authority in this home, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We stand on the truth of Your Word, Lord, and we reject all fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we also want to gently remind this family that our faith must be rooted in Jesus Christ alone. It is through His name that we have access to You, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage this family to focus their trust solely on Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). He is the One who heals, delivers, and restores. Let their prayers be anchored in Him, for He is faithful and just to hear and answer.
Lord, we ask for a divine miracle in this situation. We believe that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). Whether through gradual healing or a sudden touch of Your hand, we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We pray for complete restoration—body, mind, and spirit. May this family witness Your glory and give You all the praise.
