We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is bedridden after a brain stroke. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mother’s womb and knows every fiber of our being. We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to touch this beloved individual, restoring movement, speech, and strength. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health and heal wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).
We pray for the regulation of all vital signs—blood pressure, heart rate, and every function of the body—bringing them into perfect alignment with Your design. Strengthen this one to eat, speak, and walk again, just as before. Restore every sense and reflex, smoothing out every neurological pathway so that the body may respond as You created it to. We also ask for healing from infections and bed sores, and we bless the medical team with wisdom, skill, and compassion as they care for this precious life. Father, grant them divine insight and steady hands as they work toward recovery.
Lord, we also come before You with repentant hearts, asking for forgiveness of sins—both known and unknown. We know that sin can hinder healing, and we ask for Your mercy and cleansing (1 John 1:9). We pray for the family as well, that You would surround them with Your love, protection, and peace. Strengthen them in this trial, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.
We rebuke every form of darkness that may seek to bind this home—black magic, curses, or witchcraft. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We plead the blood of Jesus over this household, sanctifying it and setting it apart for Your glory. Let no evil take root here, and let Your light dispel every shadow of fear or oppression.
Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. Whether You choose to heal miraculously or work through the hands of doctors, we surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are good and Your mercy endures forever.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His authority that we come boldly before Your throne. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for the victory that is already ours in Christ. Amen.
